Overall Meaning

After ( + I eat whatever I want but no junk food )

my weight is still the same

keep going guys and believe in urself
lil advice don't overdo it, take a rest ( I'm not sure but it is better if u change ur workout routine it worked for me).

Starting a 1 month consistency challenge! This belly fat must go🤣

Day 1: Did it without any breaks but also did simpler versions because my days it’s difficult. I haven’t worked out in 8 months due to back sprain and I’ve become sedentary in my movements.

Day 2: took a lot of breaks. Simplifies fewer exercises. The breaks were due to replying to texts as I worked out.

Day 3: I’m pretty sure I took a tiny bit more breaks and simplified some because I’m not superwoman! My body hurts so much from the other two days 😂. Will be better next time. I really can’t wait for me to give myself a rest day. That’s all for now folks

DAY 1: ✅ It was okay had to modify the workouts so I could do it more easily (like folding the leg a bit and all that) Completed the whole workout without any big breaks.
DAY 2: ✅ I'm in Spain without the S.
DAY 3: ✅ 'I forgot to breathe indeed' 😃
DAY 4: ✅ My belly still hurts from doing the workout for the first day
DAY 5: ❌ Skipped today
DAY 6: ✅ Was easier today probably because my tummy is not hurting anymore
DAY 7: ✅ Well this was phenomenal.


Measurements:
Waist: 29.5 inch
Hip: 36 inch
It's actually pretty good results considering i wasn't doing with all proper form so.. Definitely do it!

I do a lot a sports and cardio, but I don't really ever work on my abs. I'm gonna do this twice a day; once right when I wake up; and once right after dinner. I'll give a progress update one a week and I'm gonna try doing this workout as consistent as I can!

Update: so about a month ago I went on a trip for a few weeks and I haven't done this workout since; but im gonna stay consistent now. below I kept my first two progress updates but im gonna start over now

Previous Week 1 Progress Update: I can see my abs starting to form! Even though I don't have a six-pack, I can definitely see a more defined stomach. I see more progress in one week doing this workout that the 28 day get abs challenge from Chloe ting. I'll give a progress update after every week!

Previous Week 2 Progress Update: Honestly I don't physically see a difference in my abs, but I definitely feel a difference! I can do all the exercises a lot better than I could a week ago! I'm definitely getting stronger, I'll just keep staying consistent with a few rest days here and there :)


Week 1:

Day 1: YAY BACK in college. Workout was extra tiring, had to take multiple breaks

Day 2: away on college retreat, didn’t do it

Day 3: didn’t sleep well but still pushed it thru. It was difficult but worth it 😅

Day 4: Day 4: workout isn’t getting easier but abs getting harder, 😂 did a HIIT bring sally up plank challenge right after too 😛

Day 5: Boxed for 30 min and did a chris heria workout before this, still decided to push through, cuz why not 😂

Workout got a bit easier but still tiring. Should I take a rest day?

Day 6: on 4.5 hrs of sleep but workout actually got easier. I guess this was my first workout lol only took 1 break

Day 7: did this workout with a friend super funnn 😅

Day 8: had a cramp midway, so did Half

Day 9: actually super tiring idk why maybe I’ll take a rest day

Day 10: no rest day

Day 11: did this friends they didn’t like it 😂

I've never been consistent with my workouts. Last time I tried this ab workout and I actually lost like 2-3 kgs but then I stopped again because I'm just so impatient and was busy with college. But this time I'll be consistent because I want a fit body in 2023!

day 1✅: literally felt like i was dying and felt more than 10 mins😭

day 2✅: it’s getting easier to do

day 3✅: took a few breaks bc of period cramps but after i was done i went to go look in the mirror and i can alr see a difference im starting to see a few lines on my stomach

day 4✅: it actually feels like 10mins now👍

day 5✅ it literally deleted everything i said😭 but guys i will be doing this for a another week bc i’m actually seeing a different with my stomach and usually after a week i change my workout but i’ll continue doing this one:)

okay so this workout was so good that i did it for two weeks and today is the last day and i still don’t have abs😭 but it’s okay bc doing this workout kinda made me lose some belly fat and made my stomach slimmer in a way and that’s what i was going for! i rate this workout a 8/10 for results and 5/10 for hard it really does get easier after 4 days

Started this on January 16. I’ll be taking breaks on weekends. Here’s my progress.

Jan 16: pretty hard and needed to rest a bit before continuing✅

Jan 17: got a bit easier but still needed breaks✅

Jan 18: really wasn’t feeling it today and was super hard to do since I was achingly ✅

Jan 19: was super busy today so couldn’t really do much ❌

Jan 20: had an existential crisis because I lost my motivation but eventually remembered y I’m doing this and pulled through ✅

Jan 26: Was able to do the full 30 sec hold today! As for results, I’ve definitely lost some fat from my stomach and abs are a lot more visible ✅
