Once Jeff was ready to return to the music scene, he again called on the help of J-Myth and DeUno to lend their talents to his project. Jeff also set his eyes on a third producer and friend by the name of Tariq Beats who had begun establishing himself within the local music scene during Jeff’s hiatus. The collaborative effort would spawn what Jeff calls his debut album ‘The Jericho Experience’. The album was independently released on April 22, 2014 and was ushered in by the Aris Jerome directed ‘Get Crazy’ music video which debuted a few weeks prior to the album’s release.
Drives Me Crazy

only child stuck in his lonely ways
I guess that will have to explain
why women say that I never share whats bothering me
fuck that I just deal with it on my own
read somewhere that this too shall pass on its own
broken child from broken home
pops was far away, only talked to him on the phone
shots with the homies the liquor would have us thrown
moving fast, nowhere to go
back then it was Marcel, John, and O
that I used to kick it with but all of us grew up quick
all went our separate ways and rarely ever kick it
different strokes for different folks
alcohol, coke or weed
they give us different ways to cope, so
The feeling wont escape me
it drives me crazy
it drives me crazy
thought it would never phase me
Repeat 2x
Step father beating step brothers ass
because step brother do shit that's making step father mad
fuck around, step brother gone need a body bag
for fucking off everything that he ever had
really thinking that somethings wrong
with you, up in the head
you should leave all them drugs alone
and it's cool to catch a zone
but when your life aint worth shit, aint shit you could call your own, so
when you see me we aint family nigga
because I've been more of a son then you to your own daddy nigga
should be luck to even have him nigga
and on my mom, when I see you I'm bringing hands my nigga
how we end up here in this place
niggas back in the day but now I cant stand your face
you belong to a darker place
wicked niggas with wicked ways
The feeling wont escape me
it drives me crazy
it drives me crazy
thought it would never phase me
Repeat 2x
Every year we see more Columbines
every night kids in Chicago die
everyday I read my LA Times
all I see is another victim of gun crime
I can remember back when Derick died
that was sometime before Laurence died
good kids victims of gun violence
but NRA still pushing for they're gun rights
meanwhile back on the other side
a church pastors molesting a couple of children I
question religion
it cause division
they all be sinning
but pointing at me like I'm in need of exorcism
but I forgive em
may god be with em
The feeling wont escape me
it drives me crazy
it drives me crazy
thought it would never phase me
Repeat 2x
The song "Drives Me Crazy" by Jeff Jericho is a deep and thoughtful reflection on the struggles that the artist has faced in his life. The lyrics speak to the loneliness and isolation that he felt as a child, growing up as an only child in a broken home. He speaks of the ways that he coped with these feelings, turning to alcohol and drugs to numb the pain. The song also touches on the theme of violence, both in the form of domestic violence within families and the epidemic of gun violence that plagues cities like Chicago.
In the first verse of the song, we get a sense of Jeff Jericho's upbringing and the difficulties he faced as a child in a broken home. He touches on the lack of emotional expression and sharing of feelings that he experienced, as well as the coping mechanisms he developed to deal with his pain. He speaks of the friendships he had as a child, but how they were ultimately fleeting and unsatisfying. The second verse is more confrontational in tone, addressing his stepfather and the violence that he witnessed within his own family. He speaks of the anger and resentment he feels towards this person, and how it has affected his own relationships and sense of self-worth.
The final verse of the song takes a broader view of the world and speaks to the issues of gun violence and religious hypocrisy. Jeff Jericho calls out the NRA for advocating for gun rights in the face of growing numbers of gun-related deaths, and questions the role of religion in society. He acknowledges that religious figures are often caught up in scandal, and that true forgiveness and love should be the guiding principles of faith.
Overall, "Drives Me Crazy" is a powerful and introspective song that speaks to the pain and struggles that many people face in life. It is a call for empathy and understanding, and a reminder that we are all human and flawed.

I am a new fan of Jeff Jericho, this is the kind of hip hop I can get down with -- I do like rap, I do like rappers, but I'm not into "gangsta rap"
