After Airwalker (2007), EP including a cover of Siouxsie and the Banshees, Lunar Camel, he later recorded a version of Into the Groove from Madonna for the tribute album Through the wilderness (2007).
The same year, he composed the soundtrack of the movie Dreamland.
But it's with A place where we could go, released in 2008, that the the singer received good reviews from the critics and Pitchfork.

Where can we go when the lights are low
What's in the air when you're walking on air
Where can we go when the lights are low
Airwalker, walker
Airwalker, walker
Airwalker, walker
Where can they go when the lights are low
Where can they go when the lights are low
Where can they go when the lights are low
Where can they go when the lights are low
Airwalker (Airwalker)
Airwalker (Airwalker)
Airwalker (Airwalker)
Airwalker (Airwalker)
Oh, uh
Uh, uh
What's in the air when you're walking on air
Where can we go when the lights are low (hahaha)
What's in the air when you're walking on air
Where can we go when the lights are low
Airwalker, walker
Airwalker, walker
Airwalker, walker
Airwalker, walker
Oh, oh
Oh, oh
Oh, oh
Oh, oh
Oh
The lyrics to Jeremy Jay's song "Airwalker" describe a feeling of being untethered from reality, as if walking on air. The repetition of the lines "What's in the air when you're walking on air" and "Where can we go when the lights are low" add to the dreamlike quality of the song. The lyrics seem to suggest a sense of longing for a place or experience that is beyond the physical world.
The use of the word "airwalker" in the chorus serves as a metaphor for this feeling of floating above the earth. The repetition of the word, along with the repetitive guitar riff, creates a hypnotic effect that adds to the dreamlike atmosphere of the song. The repeated lyrics "Where can they go when the lights are low" suggest a desire for escape or transcendence, perhaps from the monotony of everyday life.
Overall, "Airwalker" is a song about the yearning for a kind of transcendence or escape from reality, to a place where one can feel weightless and free.

FANTASTIC. I love this. Originally heard sound clip on the Aquarius Records "list" - the record store in San Francisco. Reminds me of Lou Reed and lazy Saturday mornings around the house. I'm buying the 7" asap.
