Corinthian Washington was born March 11, 1989 in Tougaloo, Mississippi (exactly 1 mile away from Jackson, Mississippi). He is the oldest of 6. Corinthian describes his first real musical interest at the age of 5 when he first heard female vocalist Sade. He attended Callaway High School in Jackson, MS, where he played in the marching band. His primary instruments became French horn and mellophone. In 2008 he graduated and received a scholarship from Jackson State University based on academic and musical merit. In college, Corinthian played in the famous marching band known as the Sonic Boom of the South. Jackson State University is also where he met his bandmate known as Jhamasa from Los Angeles, California. Corinthian dropped his first solo mixtape entitled Dope Arcade . Later he formed the duo with Jhamasa known as Jhamasa Corinthian who released their sound breaking mixtape entitled Retro Love Arcade under G.r.o.u.p. Nation August 18, 2013. He graduated from Jackson State University in the fall of 2013, receiving his bachelors in Business Administration.
