The lyrics to JoJo's "Back2thebeginningagain" are about her journey of self-discovery and realizing that she needed to be true to herself, rather than trying to please others in the music industry. After getting drunk and crying herself to sleep, JoJo woke up knowing who she needed to be, and she took off her shoes and socks and ran through the snow to the center of town she left long ago.
