I remember having this movie on my watchlist, thinking it was gonna simply be a cliche message about escaping to the wilderness and learning life lessons. But god damn... I've watched it about 10 times at this point. There's such an essence about it that makes me keep rewatching. It's definitely become one of my comfort movies.

I can't quite pinpoint how it makes me feel, but over time I find myself relating more and more to Cheryl. I won't spoil why, just in case someone is reading this without watching the movie. Hell, I even look at Bobbi's attitude towards life and find her to be more and more of a role model. Reese Witherspoon and Laura Dern did such an amazing job. I'd recommend it to anyone.
