My rapping talent is unique and special, like aged fine wine or whiskey that people appreciate. It's from the era when Frank Sinatra was popular.

Last night I sneezed and there was vomit in my hand
Last night, I was afflicted by something so severe that I vomited. It's a metaphor for feeling sick and disgusted with something.

This morning I gotta checkup and the doctor was like "Damn!"
When I went to the doctor, he was shocked and concerned by what he saw.

I said "What's wrong?" he said "I don't know what it is
I asked the doctor what was wrong with me, but he wasn't sure.

The doctor suspects that I have a very serious, potent virus that's worse than HIV.

It's terminal but I don't know how long you 'pose to live
The illness is fatal but the doctor can't give me a timeframe for how long I'll live.

It's brand new we'll call this diagnoses the Or-tiz.
My condition is so rare that it's been nicknamed after me, 'the Or-tiz.'

It's not contagious nobody's body can take this
The disease I have can't be passed on to others, and nobody else can handle it.

The illness I have is so bad that my breath smells terrible, and my fever is as high as Drake's popularity at the time.

I have a relaxed, cool flow in my rapping, which is in contrast to my serious illness.

Like an alien, I'm unique and different. I believe that I'm from Pluto, which is further away from Earth than any other planet.

My catchphrase 'Yaowa' encapsulates who I am and what I represent. It reveals the real 'me.'

The truth about me is so different than what others think, that it's like I'm from a completely separate world than everyone else.
