After releasing his first solo album "The Anatomy of a Heartflow" on a label in late 2011, Thulin began touring with Charmaine on "The Love/War Tour."
In February, 2012 Thulin began work on his sophomore effort "The White Room" which would feature Rachael Lampa, Charmaine and the folk band Elden. The album released on Oct 19, 2012 to major critical success.[citation needed]

Graveyard
Jonathan Thulin Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
I leaked every wound trying to rid myself
Of all this residu, you left a trace I can't erase,
Time and time again I fell for it.
Can you tell me when we both begin to fall?
Did you lose any sleep over this at all?
Now you tell me that it's time to move along
Well, I'm gone, now I'm just another headstone in your graveyard.
Time heals every bruise, or so they say,
But I'm left feeling used, try to argue
With the sense that I have left,
You shot a hole I can't ignore,
And time and time again I fell for it.
Can you tell me when we both begin to fall?
Did you lose any sleep over this at all?
Now you tell me that it's time to move along
Well, I'm gone, now I'm just another headstone in your graveyard.
Can you raise me from the dead and leave my heart to rest
So I can love again?
Can you raise me from the dead and leave my heart to rest
So I can love again?
Can you raise me from the dead and leave my heart to rest
So I can love again?
Can you raise me from the dead and leave my heart to rest
So I can love again?
Can you tell me when we both begin to fall?
Did you lose any sleep over this at all?
Now you tell me that it's time to move along
Well, I'm gone, now I'm just another headstone in your graveyard.
The lyrics of Jonathan Thulin’s “Graveyard” express a sense of betrayal and heartbreak within a relationship. The singer is struggling to move on from a past love but feels left behind, like another headstone in a graveyard. Through the lines, “Love is but a word that you use against me/ I leaked every wound trying to rid myself,” the singer reveals that love became a weapon against them, causing them to suffer repeatedly.
The singer describes their struggle to heal and argues that time doesn't heal every wound, especially when their love has been taken advantage of previously. The line “But I'm left feeling used, try to argue/ With the sense that I have left” reflects that the singer is trying to make sense of their present feelings and their actions since they feel betrayed by their former love. Overall, the singer pleads with their former love to give them a chance to love again by raising them from the dead and requesting to leave their heart to rest.
Overall, “Graveyard” conveys a sense of hopelessness and heartbreak within a relationship. The lyrics express the aftermath of using love as a tool to hurt and exploit others. It serves as a reminder that when love is used with ill intentions, it's more likely to lead to loss, heartbreak, and internal wounds that never fully heal.
