Today, I've listened to the entire CD, again, and noticed that I can fully grasp the meaning of the words.

I wonder where the spiritual aspect of all that you mention has a place and evolutionary expression, Ryan.
As far as I've learned, the human physical body became denser during, and since, the Atlantean epoch, while its form gradually began to materialize before that time over long periods of time.
Just like planet Earth materialized and grew denser, from, and by an alchemical process, the mineral, plant -, and animal life forms.
According to Rudolf Steiner, the human physiology grew, and moved, through these 3 stages, reaching the moment where consciousness joined the individual realisation of "I" as in "I am".
Of which the crucifiction of Jesus Christ, his blood touching the skull at the foot of the cross at Golgotha, was the initiation for that possibility.
In a time of focus on materialism.
That individual awareness seperates us from the other domains, mineral, plant, and animal, although the human being moved through existences of other planetary spheres, in different expressions, and densities, where collective consciousness was literally a shared experience.
Without the awareness of being an individual being, where individual choice, the power of creation, and conscious evolution is a determining factor.
This evolutionary process, through long periods of time, I can relate to it from within the daily grind, from the world I experience and create, within and without.
All the physiological descriptions that you present, how does, or can, they engage with our daily life, the grind and the fruit of that grind?
Shouldn't we be able to understand as much in abstract terms as in practical terms?
In short: how we apply what we study while spiritually growing, with a well grounded physical body, our senses included?
How do we relate to these descriptions of the physical brain parts and the connection with Joseph, Mary, and Jesus, as symbolic elements?
When living higher humans exist in the entire cosmos, in a variety of density, is a pure physical analysis of the human brain a limitation?
Restricted to the 3D material plane?
To me, there's so much more, beyond the material paradigm, see?

thanks, Ryan. I find 'milk and honey' interesting because large ruminants like bison and ox were called 'beeves' in the 1800s and before, and milk is from beeves and honey is from bees. Ox is represented by aleph and then comes B, beth, the house. We come into the house of reality, we be-come, whereas Ox/aleph is the absolute/principle, as symbolized by the X inside the O, 'cross'ing into reality, like the Earth, whose astrological glyph is the cross inside a circle. I'm sure you read that part in Kuhn's Esoteric Structure of the Alphabet. 'lechem' is also associated with Lachsmi, which is associated with milk, e.g., lactose. The solar plexus is around your navel. The male and female cows at On were Apis and Nevis. Strange how 'apis' is similar to apiaries- bees. There is also Baal and Baaltis, the male and female aspects of the Sun, as referenced in Anacalypsis, so bi-sun. VishNU's navel gave birth to Brahma. The Omphi is the navel of the world, at the Oracle of Delphi. Omphi is like Umbi or umbilical, at your navel. Om-pi, 0 and 1. The Argo naval ship represents the OceaNUs whereas its mast is the pole, the erect, masculine energy, Mount Meru. The Ark is Nuh's (Arabic for Noah) ship in the iNUndation.
