Zameen pe waqt guzaarta hai
Phir se unchaiyon ki chah mein
Zindagi jo toot’ti hai
Neend saari roothti hai
Honsla mil hi jaata hai raah mein
Phir ladega dil do jahano se
Jeetne ke liye o..
Jeetne ke liye…
Jeetne ke liye…
Kehte hain yeh iraade sabhi
Toota hoon main bikhra nahi
Dhoop mein jo pighal jaaye
Main woh barf ka tukda nahi
Na darega dil inn tufano se
Phir ladega dil do jahano se
Jeetne ke liye o..
Jeetne ke liye…
Jeetne ke liye…
Din mein dekhi raate kayi
Hone lagi subah nayi
Andheron ki dararon se ab
Dikhe lagi hai roshni
Na darega dil imtihaano se
Phir ladega dil do jahano se
Jeetne ke liye o..
Jeetne ke liye…
Jeetne ke liye…
The song "Jeetne Ke Liye" by KK is an inspirational song about never losing hope and always striving to win in life. The lyrics are full of metaphors and comparisons to nature, describing the struggles that we all face as we pursue our dreams and ambitions.
The first stanza talks about how even the sky has to face defeat sometimes, and how time passes on earth while we dream of reaching new heights. But in the pursuit of those heights, life may break down and become difficult, with sleepless nights and shattered spirits. Despite all that, if we keep moving forward, we will gain the courage to soar high again, and fight with the two worlds that hold us down.
In the second stanza, KK sings about how everyone has dreams and ambitions, and may face failures along the way. However, even if he himself breaks down and falls, he will never lose hope or give up. He compares himself to a snowflake that never melts in the scorching sun, and promises to never be defeated by the tempestuous winds of trials and tribulations.
Overall, the song's message is about perseverance and resilience, and encourages listeners to never give up on their dreams, no matter what difficulties they might face. It reminds us that even the strongest winds and darkest nights will eventually give way to brighter days, and that we have the strength within us to overcome any obstacle.

Aasmaan bhi haarta hai
Even the sky loses sometimes
Zameen pe waqt guzaarta hai
And spends time on the ground
Phir se unchaiyon ki chah mein
And once again longs for heights
Zindagi jo toot'ti hai
Life that breaks
Neend saari roothti hai
Sleep thoroughly gets upset
Honsla mil hi jaata hai raah mein
But courage is found in the path
Phir udega dil unn udano mein
Then the heart will fly in those skies
Phir ladega dil do jahano se
Then the heart will fight from two worlds
Jeetne ke liye o..
To win, oh...
Kehte hain yeh iraade sabhi
All these intentions say
Toota hoon main bikhra nahi
I am broken, but not scattered
Dhoop mein jo pighal jaaye
The one that melts in the sun
Main woh barf ka tukda nahi
I am not a piece of snow
Na darega dil inn tufano se
The heart will not be afraid of these storms
Phir ladega dil do jahano se
Then the heart will fight from two worlds
Jeetne ke liye o..
To win, oh...
Din mein dekhi raate kayi
Many nights have been seen in day
Hone lagi subah nayi
A new morning has begun
Andheron ki dararon se ab
Now from the doors of darkness
Dikhe lagi hai roshni
Light is seen
Na darega dil imtihaano se
The heart will not be afraid of exams
Phir ladega dil do jahano se
Then the heart will fight from two worlds
Jeetne ke liye o..
To win, oh...
Jeetne ke liye...
To win...
