Overall Meaning

All of the characters are basically unkillable:

Pomni is really durable (refer to when she literally pulled her eye out of the socket)

Caine is literally god (and he & bubble would literally bite your ass probably)

Jax is presumably taller than your average person and kicked a bowling pin like it was nothing

Ragatha got hit with a cleaver in the character introduction and it didn't even phase her

Zooble is self explanatory (basically toy story potato head if he worked at a starbucks probably)

Kinger is Kinger, need I say more?

Gangle could literally just wrap around you like a snake unless you have scissors, which considering every character in the show is really durable and doesn't apply to the laws of reality, I don't think even scissors would be strong enough (best chance is she just doesn't wanna fight, but this is assuming it's a deadlocked 1v1, so that's not possible)

Pomni - Put her into grappling submission hold and talk her out of it.

Caine - I'd tell him to be a better, more considerate person besides working on a circus.

Ragatha - A very conservative and kindhearted person who deserves to defend herself and I'd help to teach how to fight.

Ragatha is actually a bit stronger than you'd think. In the introduction, a literal CLEAVER is thrown into her forehead, AND SHE SURVIVES. Just takes it out, swings it around and everything. I'd say it'd be a fair fight.

I think it comes to a question of whether a character being resistant matters in a fight.

For instance, Pomni may be resilient, but that doesn’t exactly mean she can’t be beat up in anyway. Nothing in the pilot at least suggests that she has any skill in anything other then zoning out at random and having panic attacks. A character’s resistance is only as good as the characters ability to fight back. Cause if you can’t, then you’re literally just a punching bag.

Realistically all of these characters would likely body any regular human such as yourself since they all have toon force and they likely scale to street level (except for Caine. Caine is cosmic)
Also Pomni and Ragatha both have Type 2 immorality so good luck killing them regardless.

Ragatha could potentially use her button eye as a weapon though not that effectively and Zooble may not be able to die from just a hand to hand but will not fight back effectively. Eh, Pomni is like Ragaths here. Both Pomni and Ragatha would make a really long fight. In the character shorts, Ragaths was able to survive a cleaver to the head. I do think Pomni and Ragaths being able to survive these would change the outcome. Think of it, would a human be able to survive 3 knives into the skull or a cleaver in their head? I wouldn't think so, outside of countless surgeries. I would say that Pomni and Ragatha are incredibly strong and Pomni herself is pretty durable, considering she, in the pilot episode, pulled her own eye out of its socket and had no damage to either the eye or the socket when it just bounced back in. I think Pomni and Ragatha were seen as weaker than they should've been seen as. They probably would've been at least a fair fight.

I honestly think Jax would mess somebody up in a fight. Just based off his personality, I believe he would know how to street fight, he would be one of the last ones I would want to fight. Hell, I'd even rather fight Caine since I don't think he'd actually try very hard to hurt me, whereas with Jax I'd be much more worried.

Let's looksee: Caine wins with or without his powers. He's at least a General A.I. and might be a Super A.I. On top of that, he's unhinged and barely hanging on, yet clearly making the rare-in-fiction effort to befriend humanity and seemingly at least wants the best for the people under his care. There's a lot we don't know about him yet, but no matter what ends up being true it's highly likely any version of the complete character someone's managed to press into a fight isn't getting away with it. He's also the only one showing up with a weapon guaranteed.
-Jax is tall so being thin and untoned isn't as much of a factor. He COULD be stronger, but will still BE strong to some degree (He's lanky, his speed proves this). He also shows the highest degree of awareness and initiative of any human in the show, and has the ill intent needed to withstand the mental pressures of a fight. He'd win.
-Zooble can control her detached limbs to at least some degree, and has been shown able to possess the grip strength to choke out an unaware Jax, and the reaction speed to come up with and execute the idea before he could react. She can be overpowered by the Gloinks and can't save herself for some reason, so her capacity to animate and control her limbs independently of her may be limited. Still, she's not made of flesh, and is plenty capable of sticking up for herself given half a chance. She'd at least be a fair fight, but has the advantages needed to win most of the time.
-Bubble is hard to quantify. The character can be one-shot, but has shown capacity to animate objects near her (Chef's Utensils in the last scene) and has a terrifying maw. It'd most likely be down to who gets the first strike, and she can be quite fast. But since it's as simple as a light poke in response, any human fighting against her could potentially match that speed. Fair fight only by technicality. Still not someone I'd WANT to fight.
-Kinger seems like a tough opponent with the detached hands, until you realize he either couldn't or didn't stop them from being effortlessly dragged away by the Gloinks. He could probably be forcefully literally disarmed. But his lucidity needs to be called into question. Despite seemingly being insane he appears regularly very aware of his surroundings and the conversations happening. Sometimes he isn't though, so unless it turns out later he was totally sane and being super calculated the whole time it's likely he loses.
-Kaufmo is either the easiest fight given his sanity broke before anyone else's, or one of the most certain losses if fought in his abstracted form.
-The Gloink Queen is a logistical nightmare. Are we talking with or without her offspring? We never see her move from her spot, can she move? If so, how fast? There's simply too much we don't know about her to draw definite conclusions. For most characters here it's unlikely I could walk home and get that "tool that wins most fights" but if she can't move that's a pretty definitive L. By stark contrast, if she can move relatively quickly that's about as big a problem as her. Even without arms her royal figure could crush most people, and while Zooble survives being eaten unphased it's hard to say if the same would happen to a human (Though Zooble shows no signs of being conventionally digested so it might be outright survivable, but this would hardly matter if, again, she could crush you instead).
-The rest are basically free. Ragatha could be dangerous under the right circumstances, but if not given the chance to fully lose her patience before being bodied she just loses. Pomni isn't much of a threat either, given her outright terrible tactical decision making throughout the episode. And that previously mentioned to be a free win Pomni ACCIDENTALLY ruins Gangle's mask by nudging into people. One clean punch to the face would knock off or shatter the mask, and temporarily disable her entirely, leaving her open to any follow ups you wanted.

Ragatha and Pomni would be a bit different, all the characters apparently have superhuman resistance but Ragatha can control that knife very well in his presentation that would make the fight more complicated and Pomni was practically able to take out an eye more than 50 centimeters from his face, a pretty big eye. large and it seemed to be very difficult if you want to take it out, it is agile and small and also the characters, being digital, simply do not get tired

For the purposes of argument though I assumed the fight would take place in a space wherein us regular humans could take a crack at it, therefore likely in the real world where the potential problems don't apply. I see this as fair because the alternative is that we go TO their digital world for the fight, which should equally fairly provide similar benefits and detriments (Immortal digital form, also trapped forever) that would make the argument moot. As for Ragatha's "knife," I haven't seen whatever material you're talking about. I don't remember her having a knife in the pilot, and haven't seen much promotional material from the show outside of that. However even if we give them their digital immortality, many of these characters simply aren't equipped for a real fight, and there seems to be a significant real danger to them at least from creatures like Abstracted, meaning physical force should have some effect on them. But yes, their tirelessness would factor into the more combat ready combatants like Jax having a much higher chance of winning, as stated above.

Besides, you don't have to kill to win a fight, just beat the opponent bad enough that it settles the fight. Which again, I believe is very possible.

Another thing to note is the various ways Caine lists as possibilities throughout the episode. While he could be messing with Pomni, it seems unlikely the show would limit the threats to the characters as much as ONLY insanity being able to do them in.

Honestly, Pomni is a lot more durable than you think. Pomni was able to survive multiple knives being stabbed into her. Yes, she was anxious, as Caine was literally stabbing her, but she still lived after that. And I'm probably guessing that her screams in that were of fear, as Ragaths was able to laugh off a cleaver being stabbed into her head. Also, in the pilot episode, Pomni was able to survive pulling her own eye out of its socket with little to no damage. I do believe that, even if you were incredibly strong, it would probably be an annoyingly long fight, as Pomni may be anxious, but she seems to be quite resilienr and possibly quite intelligent too, as she was able to run away from the abstracted, pull the top of the barrel off whilst finding a place to hide, leading the little red people to fly out, and was able to successfully distract the abstracted so she could get a breather for a few seconds before taking off again to find Caine. I think Pomni is stronger than you realise. Pomni may be quite an anxious girl, but she is resilient and probably quite intelligent too, even if where she shows intelligence wasn't intentional.

I don’t know about the ranks of Zooble and the Gloink Queen. I mean, Zooble’s interactions with Jax show at least a willingness and some capacity to defend themself, while the Gloink Queen seems like she’s all talk given she never actually tries to harm Jax, Kinger, and Gangle even when she gets insulted and they try to save Zooble before Kaufmo goes to task on her. If it were me, Zooble would be in “Fair Fight” and the Gloink Queen would either be in “Would Hurt Me” or “Would Hurt Them”.

I don’t fully agree with Gangle’s placement. We’ve seen her body unravel before, since it’s made of ribbons, so there’s a very real possibility that she could coil around your neck and strangle you.
Not to mention, have you tried to break ribbons with your bare hands? It’s not as easy as it looks, especially ribbons of that size.
Not to mention her mask. If you break the comedy mask (which is presumably made of glass considering the sound it made when it broke in the show) she could slash you with the pieces.
So, essentially, you’d be fighting a snake with knives at that point
