In 2010 she made it into the final six in the competition in search for the UK's 2010 Eurovision artist. It landed her an appearance on the TV show 'Your Country Needs You' in the same year. She did not make it past the final six.
In 2014, Karen signed to Method Records, a renown dance record label also home to Disclosure. She released her debut single 'Say Something' in a collaboration with grammy nominated super-producer MNEK after catching her covers of songs on YouTube. 'Say Something' is due to be released in October 2014.
