Affe Monkey There's a lot of symptoms that you can notice yourself over the years. I'm 21 now and I've had problems since age 13. Suicidal thoughts , self harm , paranoia(thinking people don't like me , thinking people are talking about me) , apathy , dissociation , isolation, loss of appetite , wreckless behaviour( for example taking drugs or being an alcoholic or a gambler) , sleep problems, failing in school, feeling like everyone is against you. Just a ton of things
My family members and my boyfriend of 3 years think i definitely have some mental problems. But they support me
Also , when psychologists and psychiatrists diagnose you with anxiety or personality disorders , you know it's somewhat more official.
For the past 6 months , I've been feeling better for the first time. No more wreckless behaviour and self harming. And i have more motivation in life.
Medicine and counselling didn't help me. Meditation and pulling myself together did.
What's up with you man ?

@Will Hunt O.o are you actually the producer or one of them? If so, please please please make more music. I’m nostalgic lately, revisiting songs from my teens, and I never heard this one back in the day. And I’m gutted I didn’t. I also can’t find it on Spotify and I’m dying to add it to my playlist of favorite songs.
It’s also one of those dubstep songs that when you hear it you couldn’t remake it on fl studio, because it’s too unique and original. It’s not predictable.
I love that about this song.
Enough of my rant, hope you make more music. 🙏🏼
