My first Sanitar kill was rough, i peeked around the cottage wall to see if someone was around the Therapist quest body and he double tapped me in the stomach. I immediately ran back and focused on healing up. I then came back to find Sanitar literally fused into his minions making them very easy head shot kills. While i was looting my screen started turning black and then i noticed my stomach was blacked out, and i died of starvation before i could fix it.

My first Killa kill was entirely by accident, i went into Interchange at night to complete the gold chain quest from Skier. I figured i would die so my weapon was the Vepr/VPO 209 with .366 AP. I snuck my way to the top of the concrete ramp from the garage to find a scav with a flash light pointing at me. So i fired once into the head and watch the round ricochet so i assumed it was just the green metal helmet. I fired 5 more rounds just above the light until the light from the gun dropped and so i made my way to the bed to lay down the gold chains.

While putting down the gold chains i was hearing constant foot steps around me, more than 2 sets of steps at once. I decided to stay crouched next to the bed and wait for them to leave. Well about 10 minutes pass and they are still running around like crazy and i was thinking to myself :Why haven't these guys left yet because everything would have been looted already:. Once i only heard one set of foot steps getting closer to my hidey hole i popped out and spam fired point blank into the chest of someone wearing Killa gear. He dropped without being able to fire back and i took his gun and dogtag because i knew his buddies would have heard that.

Then began the James Bond style of escape where i sprinted down the ramp with bullets peppering all over the tarp above and sever grenades being thrown down. I ran through the hole in the wall and straight to power station and bought the car extract. Because i keep 10k roubles in my documents case for a just in case situation.

Only at the kill screen did i see the scavs name was Killa.

PMCs are his minions. He hangs out in the middle of the mall and you can always expect there to be tons of players close by unless it's late in the raid, at which point someone already got him and looted him.

It'd be cool if in the direct middle of the mall there was a bunch of lootables that Killa would protect, like his prized possessions from the mall and there would be "patrolling" scav parties that roam the mall, looting stuff and bring it to the middle to the stash. I don't think there should be a key needed to open the containers, but if Killa hasn't spawned then there is no loot in the middle because he hasn't directed the scavs to search for loot.

there should have been a 4th column called smth like "third party chance" because killa and shturman are probably the easiest bosses to kill but as soon as you do, you will get killed by 5 different players who are coming to do the same thing, so although the difficulty of the boss is practically zero, the chances of survival are also zero

Honestly, my problem with Stuhrman is I cant spot him early enough. If I start on the sniper rock side of the area, I always end up just dodging their bullets and trying another angle.

It's interesting about your strategy for Schturman, in my first week my friends challenged me to kill the scav bosses, offline was fine, and on the offlines I eventually learned to approach him from those angles to best get him. Have yet to kill any boss in the game actively online and have only killed Sanitar once on accident as I barrel stuffed him with a PPSH, still died sadly

If Interchange was redesigned with tech stuff in the middle of the mall, it wouldnt die so easily. The most sought after part of the map is too close to a spawn so sometimes it gets looted without a fight.

My experience from pretty extensively farming terry, is that sometimes he just sprints super fast at you but without shooting at you, then he will slide and head tap you.
Sometimes he just sit there and look at you without shooting, sometimes he's a total badass.

Shturman's minions were really frustrating when I was farming the Shturman kills. Their movement was completely silent even when running and would register 3 hits with one shot. They're annoying but very manageable

First time I encountered Sanitar him or his goons were trying to laser beam headshot me through the concrete walls lining the shoreline. I spawned at the construction yard and hadn't even gotten to the pier intersection yet. It was so confusing where it was coming from cause I couldn't see them on the pier behind the concrete.

@Pestily Regarding Sanitar's loot, the special medical-only slim backpack on his minions is basically a med-case. Obviously it has the downside of being a backpack, but it has... if I recall 48 slots. So as far as inventory management help, it is basically the same storage for similar space. It's not quite as good, but it's nice.

I feel like Glukar and Reshala are both better if you run with a squad. Since they have so many minions and ammo to loot, it is faster to have a group to snag it off all the bodies and get to the exit than Solo where you would need to dump much of the loot.

Killa, Sanitar and Shturman feel like better "solo" bosses because a single person can carry most of the loot out without taking much time to grab it. That being said, Sanitar at cottages just isn't worth it because of the bushes.

It would have been nice to also grade them by location. Shute man has a very awkward position. Kill a is pretty easy positionally. Gluk is pretty difficult sometimes if he’s in certain buildings.

For Glukhar I'd substract points from loot since you need to kill all 7 of them, but there is no way you can get all their stuff, so you kinda end up leaving a lot behind, but still having to kill them all. Also, for his difficulty that's a lot of IF's.

I think there should always be like a .1% chance of a raid being a "scav horde" where you put the maps scav boss plus 5 other scav bosses. The cool part would be that those 5 would be randomly selected from a list of streamer bosses, so Pestily, Dr. Luppo, Deadly Slob, Klean, Shroud, Landmark, Veritas, Aqua FPS and any other big streamers. And ask them to do their voice lines.

I went into a raid on Woods at 5:54pm and the Cultists spawned in the daylight. It was my first time seeing them in raid as well, and I saw them clear as day sitting next to trees. They never even attacked me until I killed their leader with a one tap. I had no chance since there were like 6 other cultists all together.

Hardest thing for Reshala is that players WILL third party. It's a cake walk to kill him in the newer building and if the power isnt on you've got to leave after all that noise with players potentially from any direction. So I definitely think he is super easy, it's what can follow that is the only issue

Kedr leg meta still works perfectly on Killa, he doesn't stun lock but from up top on the boxes at octagon you can get him clean, and a lot of the time if you start shooting him first close range he will talk shit and toss a nade rather than shooting.

To the Killa scav minion suggestion, i think that would be cool to have almost a dozen scavs, but i think in that sense, for personality effects, i think he should like, be bloodthirsty, so that if one of his minions either kills, or even gets too close to the player he's after, he kills the scav first to make sure he secures his kill lol

Great tier list. What do you think of a Lab boss that has a 10% chance of spawning on Labs. A player opens the red room and there's a 10% chance of the Labs boss spawning somewhere on the map with 3 elite Minions/raiders that begin hunting the map for players. No area that they stay in, they free roam the map looking for who opened the red room and other players.

I want scav bosses to have smaller spawn rates and randomise the maps of Reshala, Shturman and Sanitar so people stop cheesing them so much and going into raids specifically to find them. It is WAY more fun if they are there when you aren’t really expecting and force you to move away from a certain location or fight them.

In my (not so professional) opinion the map should play a much larger role in determining the difficulty of scav bosses. For example, many new players gravitate towards Customs, so does that mean Reshala should be easier to kill but cater the loot towards lower level players? Or that Glukhar should be a massive challenge for experienced players runningReserve? But then again i suppose if that were the case many of the newer players would be easy to track down as they'll be on the "easier" maps?

Man I always make 1mill on sanitar, and he's the rarest to get 3rd partied on too. Glukhar Is the only boss besides killa that I have never died to (Minions included) granted I never fight on train tracks because that's just suicide. Underground he's the bees knees. Sanitar just gets you so much small items worth so much.

I think Reshala look is as good as Shturman, sometimes you only get a bare SVD and some mosins from Shturman, Reshala you often get gen4s, altyns, sometimes 2 altyns, good ammo, etc even though the loot is mid tier, theres a lot of loot

Wow this video actually just made me realise I have killed Reshala before. I’ve been playing for a little over a month, my first wipe, currently level 22, and I play on Aus servers. For a while now my goal has been to kill a boss, just to say I could. But on a customs runs with a mate, we were at new gas and I had the key to the safe. We went in got the loot and headed to for the back. We get out the back and hear a bunch of guys around the corner to the left. We engage and find a bunch of raiders. We get a hail of grenades and shit went south quick. I was mildly wounded but I dumped mag after mag of my 5x45 ak, my mate yelled “Fall back! Get inside!”. Foolishly I assumed that meant he was behind me already inside, so I went inside and reassessed. As I go back around the corner to peak, I saw a guy running towards me and panicked. Turns out that was my mate and felt really bad. So I was determined to avenge his death! I was on my last mag and still like 3 guys left include reshala (again no clue it was him). Half way through the mag I get a stoppage….. So I fell back on my Glock 17 with 3 17rnd mags total. I managed to take out all the raiders and reshala with that glock. I started looting and made sure to pick my mates gear so I couldn’t really loot much, plus I didn’t wanna hang around long with how much noise we just made. I took reshala’s AK105 and a Gold TT. I gave my mate back his loot and even gave him the Gold TT has an apology. Only now watching this video did I realise that I actually already completed my goal and had no idea. I was wondering why a “random scav” happened to have a gold TT, I thought it must’ve just been a rare find. The loot was so small for a boss I seriously had no clue. Even his minions didn’t have much loot.

honestly gluhar was 1mil before 60 rounds and pk06 were expensive. even scavving in and finding his scraps I was pulling out 1mil last wipe. and I agree with pest on difficulty unless they're at the 6 train yard buildings since you can abuse indoor pathing and get em really easily even with budget guns/bad ammo.

When i started this game i played interchange alot. I once used an sv-98 and saw a scav with a big helmet in the mall. Shot him in the back of the head, thought the bullet just ricochet, hit his head for the second time he still didn't drop. He turned around and 1 tapped me.

I thought lag or something fucked my shots but looked up his name online and saw he's just a ridiculous tanky character. At first very frustrating, now its alot of fun i have had this experience.

I have a permanent fear of Killa, the very, very first time I went to interchange I did a scav run just to see the lay of land so I would hopefully not get an MIA first time bringing my PMC. So I'm just walking around, figuring out the place, it's nice and quiet nothing much going on when all of a sudden my legs get shot and some dude is yelling Russian, I blindly run away to what ended up being about halfway into Goshan and stop to catch my breath thinking I've broken contact with whoever shot me up and then Killa comes powersliding around the corner and full autos me down. Sanitar always beams me through a window before I even know he's there, no matter what I do. Every other boss is waaaay easier. Glukhar is C tier difficulty

I feel that whole concept of boss "farming" is wrong at many levels. Bosses should such that 99% of the time you hear him - you run fast and far. You should only be able to take them on with well equipped and well coordinated squad of PMCs. Or PMCs stop fighting each other and focus on boss instead (low chance of that happening but still)

Killas minions should be imposters sitting at the other spawns that he can be at, with replica armour that isnt as high tier. that way you are gonnapotentially fight him at every spawn. or maybe he comes out when the power is on.

for the community I have a question. I one time scaved into shoreline and Sanitar was in the Cabin area and he and the minions didnt care about me, i literally ran around with them like one of the pack. I threw a grenade when they went inside and they yelled grenade and ran away and then came back and laughed like it was funny, they never tried to kill me even then. is this normal? i eventually decided to kill them all and was disappointed by the loot.

I think Shturman should have a few more minions and should be a partolling boss. Just give him a random spawn and make him patrol between random locations on the map

When I first started playing EFT I didnt know there were scav bosses I was going through new gas and then everything exploded. Rashala definitely left a first impression on me.

@Samuli Vainionpaa it's mostly hard because of other players on woods and never finding him i think, on offline mode he is incredibly easy. But i still think killa, reshala and tagilla is much easier. Kill and tagilla you can insyantly meöt with kriss vector RIP rounds and reshalas gang and him alla get one-tapped by ap-20 sluga

@Widar Lundström Never had trouble with him, lvl 7 with loud SV-98 and had no issues killing him. Only if the minions spawn with suppressed SKS so you can never tell exactly where they shoot from, Shtruman is real ez, easiest boss by far

Look, I'll be honest here, I have encountered and killed every single boss at this point, I have no clue how you seem this lucky. I have been in similar situations to you here, damn near identical. In most situations, it never mattered, because their shots were always on target, they never stagger, and always throw grenades. I genuinely have no clue how these bosses and minions seem to just give themselves to you when you go to kill them.

I don't agree with Shturman. He is only easy when you have 6 class armor, since he is mostly using 7H ammo, which will oneshot any 4 class armor in the thorax and barely damage 6 class. You also didn't consider how hard it is to LOOT shturman since he is in open, and entire map can watch you looting him. I would put that into consideration as well..

Reshala's loot is guaranteed good, Shturmans has to potential to be excellent IMO. Almost as if the loot should have 2 categories like average and potential.
