Policing is a difficult job to start with, but to have a cop who works hard, to enforce the law, and to not be above it, and only to find out that their colleagues are committing crimes is quite honestly shocking.
This undermines every good cop out there.
To target the most vulnerable of people in our communities and to think that they can get away with it, just enforces the fact, that they are evil.
My heart goes out to those whom have been victims of crimes, because of police officers using their status of authority and abusing it whilst, ultimately thinking that they can get away with it.
The strength it must have taken to report these thugs can not go without a mention, after all, who's going to believe them? The police? You'd think the last group of people to believe them would be police officers right?
We know that there are bad cops (and good ones too), and it's difficult not to tar them all with the same brush, but the sooner the police forces around the world clean up their act, then no one will have faith in law enforcement whatsoever.

It should be VERY hard to become a cop, and VERY easy to PERMANENTLY get fired and NEVER be allowed to be a cop again (i.e. LOSE THEIR POLICE LICENSE).

Everytime one of these cops get caught doing some crazy shit I find it totally bizarre when the departments say they will increase/improve training after one of their cops get busted for raping minors and running a sex trafficking ring. Like more training will weed out the recruits that have psychopathic or sexual deviant tendencies. News flash, they usually aren't very forth coming about these things.

That cop that planted drugs on innocent people and arrested them only got 12 years! NOT enough. Thought racketeering was minimum 25 years. When a police officer betrays the public’s trust like that they need to break it off in their butts.
