I've eaten at the one in Alabama. Food is soooooo good and will definitely be your only meal of the day. Probably the coolest thing though was a group of little old ladies behind us holding up their little crab nets to catch the rolls.

Dude!!! Chicken livers are one of my absolute favorites! Everything looked delicious! Were the livers done right? Nothing worse than a cooked to death liver😀 Great video...now I'm hungry 😋

Love Lambert's! We've been several times. Our first time there was the one in Sikeston, Missouri on November 27, 1981. We were on our honeymoon and stopped in with some relatives from the area. It was great fun!!

Amazingly, I was told when I ate there that if you finished your main course and you told your waiter you were still hungry... THEY WOULD BRING YOU ANOTHER!!!

Funniest fails with the thrown rolls (in my experience)
I tried to grab one, but it split into two when it hit my fingers
I tried to grab another one, and it bounced off my fingers and onto someone else's plate (startling them)

I've been to the original in Sikeston a number of times. I still drink out of the two monster cups I got there. There is not much difference here from the original. But it is just a half hour from another Mo. staple and that's Boomland.

I grew up near one of the ones in Missouri. The rule at it was if you brought your own chair your meal was free! My grandmother loved going there with her Walker that had a seat.

Been to the one at Sikeston, Mo. Wife's dad was from there. Food not bad, the roll thing kinda took me back a bit. Gotta pay attention or you may end up with one upside you face...yep, saw that happen... Brave man eating chicken filters...I mean livers..

There was a place in Houston, TX. that used to do this. They also had homemade blueberry muffins. I loved the fellow that "threw them" He'd also give the option of placing them on your plate. That was the sole reason I'd go. It was called the Potato Patch. I'd get the catfish or chicken fried steak. I lovvveee your videos. Shows the cool side of America.

Interesting. I spent a good chunk of life in the Pacific northwest (Seattle specifically) also Alaska. I now live in Missouri. I kind of hate it. The political, the climate, but the people are so god-damned friendly.

Thanks Jacob, What a great place, That place with the big chicken in front across from The wax museum also went around with free apps. More places need to catch on. The people from Washington stop because it is to far to Fla. be safe in your travels

I live in Foley, AL. You should visit the Lambert's here. If you come during the summer months be prepared to wait. Waiting 2 hours to be seated is about average.

Newport Tn had an eatry that did the same thing, would throw you a roll and it was half white and half wheat...was wonderfully yummy there the portions were huge like that as well, but to our dismay it was badly managed then went under.

There’s one in sikeston mo, it’s about 45 minutes away from me, I ordered a salad. Tried to make a better choice, well it’s about 3 times the size of your head and served in a bread bowl. But soo good
