Now, the child is searching for a hidden sanctuary, but it is not easy to find as he is trying to escape from his own reality which is threatening to consume him.
As the child runs to try to catch up with reality, there is a possibility that he might run into insanity. The child tries to overcome the demons in his mind and is even willing to bite the demons' barrels. Unfortunately, the demons retaliate and the child is left with a torn-up brain. The child has been abused by those who gave him life, but he knows that they will never breathe again.
The lyrics are about a child who has undergone abuse and is seeking refuge from the pain and evil that he feels within. The imagery used throughout the song is dark and intense, depicting the effects of abuse on a child's mind and spirit. The lyrics also touch on themes of escape, reality, and the search for freedom from pain.
