1) Liquid explosively emerged in 1991 with the seminal anthem 'Sweet Harmony', timelessly layering classic house over rolling, breakneck beats. This was followed by the pioneering and experimental 'Future Music' E.P. which included the dark and atmospheric breakbeat dub classic 'Liquid Is Liquid'.

Band members were Shane Henegan (DJ Model) and Eamon Downes (Ame) were joined for the first three ep's by producer Jezz Wright

Following Shane Heneghan's departure from the band after the first two releases, the liquid reputation for producing challengingly alternative floorfillers was cemented with 'Time To Get Up' described as a progressive gem and the balearic tinged, flamenco guitars of 'One Love Family' - both of which were mixmag singles of the week.

Liquid have, with top 20 singles in the UK, and european hit singles, achieved huge commercial success while maintaining critical acclaim. the nme describe the XL recordings album 'Liquid Culture' as "sophisticated, soulful techno" and mixmag effuse how it "works beautifully".

Liquid have perfomed live internationally in many countries over many years and after some time away are on the road again.

2) Liquid is also a slovak hard-rock band formed in 2005. This group consists of the members of the band Liquid Boogie Roll and singer Martin Androvič. They released their first album "Another Dimension" in 2006.

3) Liquid is also the stage name of R&B/Rap artist Victor Manuel Oquendo, who released his album "Tales from the Badlands" in 2005 off of Gotee records. Oquendo's tribute to the streets of Philly is his only studio album that has been released so far.

1:36 what you're describing is an experimental version of natural conditions inside of an event horizon. the condensate occurs at higher temperatures due to the immense pressures. That and light is contained by gravity, the singularity's escape velocity.

I expect somewhere within an event horizon, much like the photon sphere outside, there's a BEC shell of light. There could also exist several shells corresponding to the photon energy levels, roughly corresponding to what we see with electrons surrounding a nucleus, and matter stacking/distribution that occurs in gravitational fields based upon mass.

Photons do not exist. They are an erroneous description of the interaction of light with matter first postulated by Einstein in his photoelectric effect paper. He posited that light must be in the form of "energy packets" called photons which collide with electrons causing them to eject from a molecule, causing an electrical current. His reasoning was that all of the force was experienced all at once. Anyone that has gone to a beach with large waves has experienced how haves act on matter. As far as I understand it, there was not a duality. Fundamental particles are waves, that colapse, in the case of the slip slid experiment, collapse to a more definite location when measured (interaction with other particles). But it's not that they changed nature, it's that the collapsed wave behaves "particle like"

Question: does light occupy space?... if photons don’t have mass how can the “organize”... a blocked gate in a fluid system would fill up and back up the liquid because the liquid has mass... but photons are without mass, therefore could compress infinitely without causing a back pressure ... so if they are organizing and “choosing” the open path over the closed path, do photons “communicate” with on another somehow? This reminds me of when I “dreamed” that a yellow light was shined on me when I was asleep in bed but it felt like a liquid and I was really weirded out then I found myself beamed up into an alien spaceship and they were trying to read my mind but they gave up because I wasn’t thinking about anything I was just tired so they beamed me back down and I felt the liquid light all around me again. I'm sorry, but I'm going to need to have that explained more. It sounds like you are saying photons have a temperature and that changing the temperature of the photon changes the wavelength of the the photon. Is that what's actually being said or am I missing something?
As far as I know, the wavelength of a photon is the energy applied to it when it's emitted. They guage the distance of galaxies based on red shift, which is the stretching out of a photon's wavelength as it travels through an expanding universe. So, how would photons losing temperature affect those calculations? It just doesn't make any sense. Like a photon emitted from a super heated star into the frozen vacuum of space would seriously alter the wavelength then.
Anybody who can explain this more, it would be much appreciated.

Like others, I’m a bit confused at the concept of cooling or heating photons. Could you make a video explaining what this actually means? To my layman brain, temperature is a measure of how much particles are moving; the faster they move in a straight line (gases) or the greater the amplitude of periodic vibrations, the hotter they are.

Photons don’t work that way. The speed they move in a straight line is constant. And as a photon can only have discrete energy levels, you can’t change its amplitude mid flight without something absorbing and reemitting it. Temperature is also measured as the amount of kinetic energy a particle has in relation to its mass. While photons have momentum and speed, they have no mass which makes that measurement method hard as well.

The idea of “heating” a photon makes little sense either. You have two ways of exchanging thermal energy - through radiation and through contact with another body. I’m unaware of photons that can absorb other photons and for a photon to “touch” a surface and reflect off, the original photon is absorbed and an identical one emitted back.

My guess is that this language of "photon temperature" refers to blackbody radiation, cuz that's common: while it's true that the concept of temperature doesn't work well with individual photons, we can still treat a distribution of 'em spread across a wavelength/frequency spectrum as though they were emmited by a blackbody (same deal with, e.g., Hawking radiation)

Photon liquid ? How do you make a liquid from photons, which are not actual molecules, have no mass, and cannot bond like water molecules because they are massless and travel at the speed of light ? This really just sounds like they made a laser cavity that is pumped with another laser to me (I'm sure I'm missing a lot here really). Also, photons don't have temperature so saying they are being "cooled" is absurd (it's like saying that you made the colour purple more massive), they have a wavelength and a polarity, that is it, they technically don't even have a frequency because they don't experience time and therefore don't actually oscolate.

Since when does a photon have a temperature? I’ve never heard of it. I can’t imagine what it would mean to cool a photon, as cooling normally means to slow down the motion and a photon always moves at the speed of light. Reducing the energy of a photon reduces its frequency, so if you’re cooling it by reducing its energy you’re eventually gonna make the thing have a close to zero frequency.

@Ted Toal How exactly would you describe it's frequency then. Regardless of wavelength, the photon moves from point a to point b traveling at the same speed. Yet when it arrives the wavelength determines the energy. It must have some other kind of motion or an exotic property to account for this energy. It could be vibration, oscillation, spin but seeing as how when matter gains energy it vibrates more, and matter can be created from combining photons, I don't think it's too far of a reach to say photons most likely vibrate as well.
