I have been wanting to watch this movie for the longest. Haven't seen it since 87 when it first came out. I remember this vaguely in the news.

Judd Nelson is back in the new 2016 remake as his character Joe Hunt's father, with Ansel Elgort from The Fault In Our Stars playing Joe Hunt. Kingsman's Taron Egerton is playing Dean Karny, and we also have Emma Roberts and Suki Waterhouse playing their girlfriend's respectively and Kevin Spacey is in the movie too. It'll be a theatrical release too, so not a TV movie like this one

how great for me to read your comment... because I slaved away understanding why judd nelson didn't become this huge movie star we thought he could have been... my theory is that the movie '' From the Hip '' was not a significant box office success so he faded away after that. I mean he was in complete light with '' From the Hip '' and probably because many others cinema event at this time, the chance was not there. But I swear I feel so much disappointment and frustration for Judd Nelson's forgotten career... he deserved to much more than a memory from this era because he was so magnetic and penetrating. Damn I'm not gay but if I was a girl in the 80's I would have been totally in love with him.

This is probably from the DVD release. Note how this was originally filmed in 4:3, the DVD hacked off the top and bottom to make it 16:10. The VHS release was even worse, it hacked the run time down to only 90 minutes! Supposedly the laser disc release is the only faithful transfer.

Back when NBC was full of mini series. And Judd Nelson was super hot shit. I remember the commercials,the motorcycle scene was so cool to me.

Agh, just came back to this after a year or so, and it's sill here, with sound still messed up....so frustrating!! I saw it when it came out and would love to see it again, but I can't find it anywhere for some strange reason. I can find pretty much any movie/tv show, but not this one.....anyone know where I can find it? Thanks in advance! :o) YESSSSS!!! JUST FOUND IT!!! It's probably a frame rate issue, rumtsais. Try setting it the 30fps. Also, check your editing program to make sure the audio and video tracks are the same length. If not, adjust accordingly.

If Levin had actually put $5M in the credit account then they all WOULD have made a ton of money, and Hunt would have had no motive for murder. They would have probably all kept getting wealthier and wealthier - including Ron Levin.
Either way, Levin must have had tons of enemies. If Hunt had never said anything to anyone - well, and not left that note there - then I doubt he ever would have been caught for Levin's murder.
