Albino
Ljungblut Lyrics

Tables turned.
Chinese dolls with sad eyes,
Looking trough me.
Let's drink ourselves oblivious,
So we won't remember this.
Let's drink ourselves oblivious,
You can know somebody
Without knowing them at all.
But you can not win what lies within,
Then you lose the love you choose.
In the song "Albino" by Ljungblut, the singer finds themselves in a room with someone, but the tables have turned. It is clear that there is a sense of discomfort or tension in the air, as the Chinese dolls with sad eyes seem to be looking straight through the singer. Feeling overwhelmed, the singer suggests that they should drink until they become oblivious to their current situation and won't remember it.
The lyrics suggest a feeling of being disconnected from someone, even though they may be physically present. The line "You can know somebody without knowing them at all" speaks to the idea that while we may think we know someone, their true thoughts and emotions may remain hidden from us. This can ultimately lead to the loss of love and connection, as we may not have the tools to fully understand or appreciate the people in our lives.
Overall, "Albino" explores the complexities of human relationships and the difficulties that can arise when we struggle to connect with those around us. The lyrics are haunting and introspective, inviting the listener to reflect on their own experiences with love, loss, and the pursuit of connection.
