He is blind and thus cannot see the flashing lights of the game.

Plays by sense of smell.
He has to rely on his other senses, such as smell, in order to play.

Always has a replay,
He consistently earns extra games for playing well.

And never tilts at all
He never shakes or tilts the machine, which would result in a penalty.

He can't beat me now
I thought I was the best, but he has surpassed me.

I've always been the champ
I have historically been the best at playing pinball.

I know every trick
I have a wealth of knowledge about how to play pinball.

No freak's gonna beat my hand
No one is going to beat me at this game.

Even on my usual table,
Even when playing on the machine I am most familiar with,

He can beat the best.
The deaf and blind player is still better than me.

His high score is so far beyond mine it is almost incomprehensible.
