Los Tucanes esta formado de cinco mexicanos originarios de Sinaloa México. Sus nombres son Mario Quintero, Mario Moreno, Joel Higuera,Clemente Flores y David Servin. Los Tucanes tienen doce años de trayectoria juntos.
El nombre Los Tucanes fue escogido por que el grupo tiene un estilo que resalta tal como el color del tucán. Cuando tocan sus canciones parecen volar y cantar en una sinfonía espectacular. La ciudad de Tijuana es la que los ofreció la oportunidad de que se dieran a conocer. Tal como tantos otros artistas se lanzaron para Los Estados Unidos para probar nuevos horizontes. Los Tucanes empezaron cantando en fiestas familiares, salones de baile y es ahí donde la gente quedo impresionada de el estilo único del grupo.
Los Tucanes cantan canciones románticas que cautiva los corazones de admiradores que se enamoran de sus canciones. También cantan corridos controversiales que aunque contengan temas fuertes Los Tucanes siempre tratan de mandar un mensaje positivo a sus admiradores.
Los Tucanes a vendido mas de cinco millones de discos en Los Estados Unidos y Hispanoamérica. Los Tucanes han logrado ha estar en revistas conocidas tal como “Los Angeles Times”.
