Dans La Rue Des Souvenirs
Lucky Blondo Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
On va rêver
On va refleurir
Un amour passé
C'est le rendez-vous
Des coeurs malheureux
Rue des souvenirs
Il y a des gars, des filles
Qui pleurent sur leur amour
On dit que c'est pour toute la vie
Et puis ça dure quelques jours
Tous les souvenirs
Sont comme les fleurs
Tout peut refleurir
Dans le ciel de ton coeur
Humhum
Dans la rue des souvenirs
Ah, Mon coeur pense à toi, toujours
Mais quand reverrai-je ton sourire?
Mais quand reverrai-je tes yeux si doux?
Dans la rue des souvenirs
Je t'attendrai
Si tu veux revenir
Rien ne sera changé
Hum, hum
The song "Dans la rue des souvenirs" by Lucky Blondo is a beautiful and nostalgic ballad that speaks of the power of memories and how they can transport us to a different time and place. The title translates to "In the Street of Memories" and the lyrics describe how this street is a place where people can dream and remember a past love. The street is a meeting place for unhappy hearts, where the sky seems less blue, a place where people can come to cry over lost love.
The lyrics also suggest that love doesn't always last forever, and that sometimes the intensity of the emotion and the pain of a breakup can be fleeting. Despite this, the memories of love are like flowers, they can bloom again in your heart. The song speaks of waiting in the street of memories for a loved one to return, and that if they do, nothing will have changed.
Overall, the song conveys a sense of longing and nostalgia, as well as the hope that lost love can be rekindled.
