I feel in control of my destiny but also believe in a higher power.

Coincidences happen all around me, and I often wonder if they hold any significance.

Backways, parkways & avenues are like USBs, holding memories
The places I've been act as memory sticks, storing moments from my past.

Pain from joy, like shade in joy
The good and bad in life are intertwined, and one cannot exist without the other.

Now what's gain without loss, it seems careless with cost
When we gain something, there is often a price to pay, and we must be mindful of that cost.

While I coast to coast, gather a following without a whisper or hollering
I am building a following or community without having to advertise or force it.

I give the concept of happiness with mud and plastic baggies
Even in difficult or flawed situations, I still find happiness and try to share it with others.

I guess lessons come in all size and directions
I am always learning, and lessons can come from unexpected places and experiences.

My imagination and creativity are running wild, and I am creating stories and myths.

Well I will from homestead to the higher reaches of Oregon
I will travel far and wide, seeking new experiences and adventures.

I will keep writing and creating until I have expressed everything in my heart and soul.

Is it coincidence or fate
I often wonder if events in my life happen by chance or if they were meant to be.

Is the force present in the planet of the apes
Is there a greater power at work in the universe?

Chaos and disorder in order to set it straight
Sometimes things have to be chaotic and disorganized in order to bring about change and progress.

In a world mundane, that's riddled with mistakes and pain
The world can be dull and monotonous, with many errors and hurts.

No telling how life will go, observe just how the mind can cope
Life is unpredictable, but I can observe how people adapt and deal with challenges.

The signs I quote, show my events like horoscopes
I interpret the signs in my life, like a horoscope reading, to understand my experiences.

No crying or mope, whining wastes time to elevate
Crying and complaining won't help me rise above my struggles, so I must focus on improvement instead.

Preparing at the gates, are we dying to escalate
Are we willing to risk everything to reach new heights or improve our situation?

Or is it depths that awaits us, this tends to occur
Is there a potential for failure or a worse situation, and is that a common occurrence?

We shouldn't stress where our fate is, though we're never sure
We can't predict the future, so we shouldn't worry about our destiny too much.

Who we share our final place with, our feats on the line we racing
We don't know who we'll end up with or what we'll accomplish in life, but we're still striving to achieve great things.

Running, out of time & patience, coming for that spot of greatness
We are running out of time, but we are still determined to succeed and achieve greatness.

Focused on getting ahead of your probs, knowing your work and pain costs
We're focused on overcoming our struggles and know that hard work and sacrifice are necessary.

Tryna blow from doing your job, you come hoping it pays off
We're striving to succeed in our work, hoping it will lead to greater things.

Your time is over when you break, this ride will come with many shakes
When we give up or break, our time is over, and the journey will be full of ups and downs.

A lot of bumps on the road, fools boast of a an easy way
The journey will have many obstacles, and those who think it's easy are foolish.

The rise overtake, in my eyes all can be great
I believe that with hard work and determination, anyone can achieve greatness.

Just most spend their lives defying fate
Most people fight against their destiny, rather than embracing it.
