Lustral Lyrics

Talking in my mind.
I can feel you,
You're with me all the time.
Everytime I close my eyes,
I see your face.
Everytime I close my eyes,
There's a warm sky,
covering the night.
In the darkness,
I only feel the light.
Everytime I close my eyes,
I see your face.
Everytime I close my eyes,
I see your face.
Everytime I close my eyes,
I see your face.
When I'm lonely,
your voice is in my head.
And my memory feeds my soul,
with all the things you've said.
Everytime I close my eyes,
I see your face.
Everytime I close my eyes,
I see your face.
Everytime I close my eyes,
I see your face.
The above lyrics from Lustral's song Everytime convey the feeling of a person unable to forget someone important to them. The singer describes the constant presence of the other person in their mind, even when they close their eyes. The opening lines, "Can you hear me, talking in my mind?" suggest that the singer is communicating with the other person mentally, perhaps in the form of a memory or dream. The second line, "I can feel you, you're with me all the time," emphasizes the intensity of their connection and the depth of their bond.
The chorus of the song repeats the phrase "Everytime I close my eyes, I see your face," reinforcing the idea that the other person is ever-present in the singer's thoughts. The third verse highlights the importance of the other person's words and how they continue to resonate with the singer, "And my memory feeds my soul, with all the things you've said." The song encapsulates the sense of yearning, loneliness, and the inability to let go of someone who has left a profound impact on their life.

No ego’s???
Damn man, what sort of drug free disco’s at your local church were you going to?? Warehouse parties down the docks in Melb in mid to late 90’s and early 00’s, egos’ were everywhere and they meant everything.
It was my ego that gave me the confidence to get up and dance the very first time when I first started going out, knowing I couldn’t dance to techno for shit and getting up and having no idea, but just moving not caring what I looked like to others, on my own plane. I watched others dance and pull sick moves and own their space on the crowded dance floor cloaked in a hazy mist of talcum powder and secondhand cigarette smoke and tried to imitate what I saw from the cool dancers as much as I could.
It took awhile, but I eventually started to really good at shuffling and when you get really good at dancing at raves and parties, a few things involving ego start to occur, you’re constantly gets fed and also constantly challenged.
It’s fed when you arrive fashionably late, it’s fed when you slowly walk through people crowded on the floor to a spot full of people in the middle of the floor or up close in front of the DJ booth and start to slowly move throwing out impossible moves here and there, people will start looking at you and then they start to step back and before you know it you’ve suddenly got 1 or 2 square metres of space to cover in talcum powder and cut sick in big fluffy glow in the dark pants.

Wow, beautifully spoken!
I can totally relate to how you feel!
It's also my only true love.
To the point that if i can't find a partner to appreciate and enjoy it's angelic esoteric melodies, accompanied by intense hypnotic beats, then I'd actually rather take my journey alone.
I don't remember a time i wasn't in love with trance and it's predecessors!
It's deep within me, in my every being, deep in my core!
It resides in the essence of my spirit!
It's part of the ingredients in my spiritual personality!
I feel it deep!
And i know it is an ancient companion of mine!
Intuitively confirming that I am indeed an old soul!
😇♥️😇
Btw, you named some really great classics!
You definitely know you're stuff!
You must be a kindred spirit's 🥰
