Bassist BJ "Berra" Laneby founded the band, which achieved great success internationally with several top list placements. They have toured with acts such as the Michael Schenker Group, Magnum, Nazareth and the original members of Saxon, as well as on their own. Sweden Rock Festival, Firefest (England), Rock Over Munich (Germany) and Hard Rock Hell Roadtrip (Spain) are just some of the festivals M.ILL.ION has played at. In June / July 2014 M.ILL.ION they toured in the UK where BJ Laneby became seriously ill and then put the band on ice. Just in time for the 30th anniversary of the debut album No.1, M.ILL.ION is back with four of the original members in the lineup. Hans Dalzon (vocals), CT Rohdell (guitar) Marcus Berglund (keyboards) and BJ Laneby (bass). These are complemented by the new recruits Henrik Andersson (solo guitar) and Magnus Rohdell (drums). On September 10, the German record company AOR Heaven will release the band's "reunion record" Back on Track in Europe. This one appears from the single / video "Back on Track" on July 23, 2021. I've met people like this, and they weren't on social media. The worst being in a small town where a woman (who moved there 5 years prior) publically shamed and filed for divorce from her husband (who was born there) on a distant uncle's accusations that he might be cheating.... Smelling a case, the town reporter tried to uncover the mystery woman only to discover that it was impossible for him to have been having an affair. However, the women of the town continued to shame him for not taking her back after she "realized her mistake."

Being a faithful town with two churches, the priest banded together to assure that they would preach on the same aspect of gossip they were hearing as a means to passively intervene. But when that failed and the man had to move for his own sanity, one of the priests got right pissed off and chastised his congregation with all the scriptures they had gone against, closing the church for a month as pennance, and personally seeking the man out to ask for forgiveness as he was not able to do more.

All that to say that it doesn't take millions of strangers to hurt a man, just a couple dozen acquaintances.

Too true on the "Destroy Trust once" note, I have a woman who has set up 6 dates with me and they all had to be cancelled, I am no true idiot, I stopped getting ready or expecting anything to happen come the second cancellation and just let her reschedule with my short answers "sure...yup...ok" and if she didnt cancel I would, she just kept doing it untill I just had to flatly tell her "No more...we are not doing this...this is a waste of my time....and yours" she still begs and pleads with me for ANOTHER chance, even threw out "I have fallen in love with you". I do not trust her and have not from early on as you say she destroyed it once and continues to prove she is untrustworthy.

So, one second in the video, I can tell she really doesn't do anything around the house. This is a common thread in most marriages my coworkers and friends in my social circle--which is hundreds of people. What I have found is that working couples are far more likely to just share the household responsibilities, but ALL of the SAHM do jack and shit all day. I see it when I am at their homes--deep grime in the kitchen, filthy entrance and patio areas, strange colors staining the carpet/walls/ceilings, not dressed at noon or later, trash falling over the top of the garbage can--the list can go on. Now, I admit, being an NCO for 28 years helped me develop a keen eye for unkempt living, but the absolute state of the SAHM vs the working moms disturbs me.

In a somewhat similar situation, there were things I liked to do that my wife wasn't interested in (like going on a fishing trip on a fishing boat that was docked nearby), so Iwas happy to let her do things with her friends (she liked to go to the racetrack with them, which I wasn't interested in, I stayed home with our 6 yo son). Long story short, she had a very toxic GF who didn't like me (for no apparent reason), and they often went somewhere else instead of the racetrack (on Friday nights), which I only later found out about. This behavior and that toxic GF eventually contributed to our divorce. I NEVER thought that encouraging my wife to go out with her girlfriends on occasion would eventually destroy our marriage, but it did.
I gave her my trust and she abused it, which led to a divorce and disrupted my son's life (he was 10 yo when we got divorced). A very hard, terrible lesson to learn on my part as well as the hurt and disruption it caused my son.

The thing I learned from this is if your partner wants to record you in a strange setup like this, record them as well to be used as a counterpoint and then backed up in triplicate (twice online in different online repositories, once on removable USB media kept in the hands of a very close friend and password protected to be something only you know). Contact a divorce lawyer to start initial prep work including making sure they have all evidence to prove spousal abuse and public defamation. It'd all be in secret as she's probably doing the same.

I remember the first time I encountered partner shaming online. I had never seen anything like it before and I was totally shocked and discomfited by it. Maybe fifteen or even twenty years ago, I came across a blog on which some pathetic female bemoaned the size and shape of her husband's penis and his lack of prowess in the bedroom. Her post was absolutely flooded with the most hateful comments towards her husband. I couldn't believe people would support her in being such a scumbag.

The key is to stop limiting ourselves to just complaining about it. We've got to start doing something about it. No, it's not true that the husband couldn't have said anything back to his wife in that recording. He could easily have made her look like an embarrassed POS. He could have turned the tables on her and recorded the home a week or two later to show the world what it normally looks like. He could have recorded her in her laziest moment to make her look bad. He could have deliberately made a disgusting mess out of something and recorded it and pinned it in her. He could have kicked her out of the house. He could have called the lawyer and gotten divorce papers and shown them to her on her next Tik Tok livestream. It just takes a pair of fucking balls.

Have balls, guys. Stop acting like we can't do anything to handle these problems. Stop acting like scared little boys who need Mommy's permission to do anything. Be bad. Be bold. I had a private debate/argument with my partner a few years ago about how much work we were both doing around the house. She's not the first partner to pull me up for this behaviour but she is the first to listen to my rebuttal. We went through the chores we both did. I hands down, comfortably, surpassed her chores on a weekly basis, just not always on a daily basis. I told her that I wasn't happy with being pulled up on this when it was a pretty easy list to compare, but she only remembered the chores she did, especially the ones she didn't want to do, and forgot pretty much everything I do, except the cooking, because I do that every day. She did come out with the immortal line, "Yeah but you enjoy your chores", to which I replied, "no I don't I just don't come to you to complain about doing them every time they get done." Don't let these things build up, address them as they occur but please do listen to your partner! Venting isn't discussing. She now only does the ironing every few weeks, which her most hated chore, and I keep to the routine that I've always done because it suits me.

I think this would be a total dealbreaker for me but never having been in this situation so I'm not sure how I'd react. I imagine the relationship could be mended but I'm not sure exactly how. So why exactly was the iron left on the table for multiple days with a small child in the house? How did the laundry basket get to the couch with a good portion of the clothes already on the couch? You're telling me over the course of 2 days a family of 3 (or more) people used 1 plate, 1 pan, and 2 bowls? Toys just left neatly in the middle of the room and a perfect trail down the path the camera took save for the living room? So you're telling me that the kid spent absolutely 0 time playing in the living room over the course of 2 days or they didn't touch the basket of clothes? That whole thing smells awfully fishy; she did it all herself in about 20 minutes because if it really was 2 days it would be far, FAR worse. My ex would lay in bed all day while I’m at work and not contribute to basic house operations at all. My questions stop at 'how long were they married before all this nonsense?' What set me off was the "girls trip". There is no question in my mind that she's acting like this towards him because she thinks she's got him right where she wants him, psychologically. What she's done is set up the chances in the future for more "girls trips" that won't involve any other girls. In other words, she's either currently cheating on him, or she's planning on cheating on him in the near future. And as manipulative as she seems to be, he'll allow it under the guise of another "girls trip". When she does finally cheat on him (and she will, make no mistake), she'll blame him for it.

Another thing is like. What do you do to prevent this? If you live with someone long enough they are going to make mistakes. Mistakes are a very human thing to make, but we've seen that people don't respect boundaries so saying something early on like "I don't mind if you use social media but I don't want you to ever post about me", is about useless because people like this will ignore it. So what can you really do to prevent this sort of thing from happening? I love the idea of dating but it's things like this that make me too afraid to try...
