@RaidedMurda22 Just one unless my axniety is really bad, I take two. I only use them as I need them so I don't take them daily. You feel the effects within 30 minutes. One thing to note is that your hunger may increase. Mine does from maca so make sure you don't overeat!

PLEASE don't tell others with anxiety to take something just because it worked for you. Are you a physician and you don't know how it'll affect them everybody is different. This is dangerous to advice.
