После этого фильма Бандероса заметили в Голливуде
Но в фильмах на латинскую тематику он был полубог.Когда стал сниматся в американском ширпотребе шарм куда то исчез.та же история с мексиканским Гаель Гарри Берналь."сука- любовь" " И твою маму тоже" советую посмотреть.Взяли в Голливуд-стал ни о чём.

Este es José Antonio Domínguez Bandera, de nombre artístico ANTONIO BANDERAS, el mejor y más valiente actor de la Historia del Cine Español hasta ahora. Hace más de 40 años hacíamos teatro aquí en Málaga en el Teatro Romano y también dábamos Recitales de Poesía con otros actores de nuestra querida Málaga. Con solo 17 años me hablaba con tanta pasión sobre las ganas que tenía de triunfar que le brillaban los ojos y yo me quedaba muy impresionado, yo entonces tenía 27 años, nunca olvidaré la forma en que hablaba. Años después en 1981 actuamos juntos por última vez en Julio Cesar de Shakespeare y bordó el personaje de Marco Antonio, y solo tenía 20 años !!! Entonces le dije: "José Antonio, tú vas a llegar a la cumbre, estoy totalmente convencido, debes aprender inglés e irte a hacer cine con los americanos". Acerté en mi pronóstico, incluso me quedé muy corto, porque ha llegado a convertirse en una estrella de Hollywood. Además José Antonio - como yo le sigo llamando - es ESPAÑOL por los cuatro costados y se siente muy orgulloso de su país y de su tierra. Honor a José Antonio Domínguez Bandera, que Dios le bendiga !!!

@@milkafalcon6045 Antonio Banderas es un tío con dos huevos. Es un luchador que nunca se rinde, como lo eran nuestros heroicos antepasados en la Época del Imperio Romano. Me refiero a las Legiones Romanas que cercaron a Numancia para incendiarla y destruirla con sus habitantes dentro, y prefirieron morir antes que arrodillarse ante Roma. Hay una obra de Teatro de Cervantes que se llama NUMANCIA, que trata del asunto. Nosotros la representamos en nuestro Teatro Romano en el verano de 1979. Yo no pude actuar aquel año porque me lesioné el tobillo derecho y sufrí un esguince que me impedía andar. Los accidentes de esta clase son muy frecuentes en el Teatro. Hay que tenerlo muy en cuenta. Recuerdos desde Málaga La Bella.
