In 2021, Marra faced a significant setback when he experienced a brain hemorrhage. Overcoming this misfortune was a difficult challenge, but during his recovery, Marra collaborated with Fabich on the track Down, featuring Dana Williams. This track found its place on Fabich's album Vibe Creator. Afterwards, Marra released the meaningful track Rollercoaster in collaboration with whinn and Dana Williams. This song holds profound personal significance for Marra, symbolizing the end of the crazy journey he endured. In July 2023, Dana Williams approached Marra to create a remix for her EP Talk Therapy (Bonus Edition), and the result was the groovy track titled Talk Myself Out (Marra Remix). Shortly thereafter, Marra teamed up once more with Dana Williams, and together they created the captivating track A Little More (feat. Dana Williams).
