I found myself stranded in a faraway, remote location at the edge of the universe.

In the center of Ura
This location was the center of a war-torn planet called Ura which was the site of ongoing conflict.

I was sent to a planet to see
I was sent to this planet to observe and investigate the ongoing war.

The war had just started
Upon my arrival, I discovered that the war had only recently started.

They killed in the name of God
The warring factions justified their actions with religious beliefs, and killed in the name of their respective deities.

Creatures of the Underlord
The soldiers and warriors fighting in the war resembled monsters from the underworld, with their monstrous behavior and appearance.

Praying with their hands of blood
Despite their evil deeds, these creatures prayed and worshipped their deities with their bloody hands.

And there was no surrender
Neither side seemed willing to surrender or negotiate peace, leading to an endless cycle of violence and destruction.

So long they waited for the secret sign
Both sides were waiting for a secret sign or message that would give them an advantage in the war, prolonging the conflict.

And they were branded by the mark of evil
The soldiers on both sides had become so entrenched in the war and their beliefs that they were marked by a sense of evil that had permeated them.

I was trapped and I could not break free

Ironically, this planet was meant to be a peaceful and harmonious place, but the ongoing war had turned into a brutal and bloody conflict.
