It wasn’t until college that Matt picked up the guitar...and his pen. Developing his soulful, laid back style, he frequented Inland Empire open mics, and met his first band mate, Marquis Howell. Joe Perez (also of Big Sandy and his Fly Rite Boys) joined on drums, and completed the upbeat Inland Empire institution known as Hobo Jazz. Concurrently, Matt continued to develop his songwriting skills as a solo singer, culminating in the 2007 production of his first solo album titled "Grin of Livin’." An artist with a relentless performance schedule, he enjoys residency at two Redlands, Ca., bars: Vault Martini Bar, and Time in a Bottle. He hosts and performs in Singer/Songwriter Showcases on a regular basis at both.

Likened to Jack Johnson and James Taylor, Matt Coleman has an eclectic, jazzy edge on his debut. His current projects and upcoming album are what he describes as “swampier” and “muddy.”

Here are some home videos of the Coleman family. This is the man that was charged with the alleged murder of his 1 and 3 year old kids. He shot them with a speargun, and dumped their bodies in Mexico!
I honestly could not find anything alarming on his social media, and I must admit that scares me a lot. He just seems so normal. I really get CHRIS WATTS VIBES! MAJOR WATTS VIBES!
I think his wife would have suffered the same fate, if he wasn't caught.
