He has since launched another album, Beautiful News, and continues to write many more popular songs such as You Never Let Go and Shine.
Songfacts states that Redman's eighth album 10,000 Reasons, was co-written with several of his friends. He then recorded the songs live in Atlanta, leading worship for over 1,000 worship leaders during LIFT: A Worship Leader Collective, put on by Passion City Church and sixstepsrecords on February 18 and 19, 2011. It sold nearly 7,000 units its first week in the US, almost doubling Redman's previous album release We Shall Not Be Shaken. The LP entered the Billboard 200 at #66, his biggest debut to date.
We Shall Not Be Shaken

You'll heal in time.
Just catch a train from here down to Mexico and
Communicate, but keep in mind
The Language isn't all you have to know
You might forget, so let's reflect
You fell apart like a dying star
Someone who's got all the things you're not.
Aren't you sick of being down?
Don't look away when you're hearing this sound
It's the voice you've found
And it's trying to tell you.
This is how the problem started
You have a drink and disintegrate
You hit the clubs in search of comfort
But no one can give you everything.
Don't be afraid and don't regret
Anything you've done before now
So try to change, evolve again
Into something new and from me to you
Aren't you sick of being down?
Don't look away when you're hearing this sound
It's the voice you've found
And it's trying to tell you.
I know what it is, I'm feeling ya this I guarantee
Don't try to fit in
Just break the chain
Finally finding out, what I'm thinking
You're okay.
You are fine.
You'll heal in time.
You'll recover eventually.
Just catch a train from here down to Mexico and
Take a train to Mexico and
Communicate, but keep in mind
Speak to people, but remember
The Language isn't all you have to know
You need to know more than just the language.
You might forget, so let's reflect
You could forget, so let's think about it.
You fell apart like a dying star
You broke down like a dying star.
And in the end, you'll want a friend
At the end, you'll need a friend
Someone who's got all the things you're not.
Someone who has the qualities that you do not possess.
Aren't you sick of being down?
Are you not tired of feeling low?
Don't look away when you're hearing this sound
Do not ignore this message.
It's the voice you've found
It's the voice you discovered
And it's trying to tell you.
And it's trying to inform you.
This is how the problem started
This is how the problem began
You have a drink and disintegrate
You drink and fall apart
You hit the clubs in search of comfort
You go to clubs looking for solace
But no one can give you everything.
However, no one can give you everything you want
Don't be afraid and don't regret
Do not fear or regret
Anything you've done before now
Anything you've done in your past
So try to change, evolve again
So attempt to change and develop once more
Into something new and from me to you
Into something novel and from me to you.
Aren't you sick of being down?
Are you not tired of feeling low?
Don't look away when you're hearing this sound
Do not ignore this message.
It's the voice you've found
It's the voice you discovered
And it's trying to tell you.
And it's trying to inform you.
I know what it is, I'm feeling ya this I guarantee
I can relate, I'm definite about this.
Don't try to fit in
Do not attempt to blend in
Just break the chain
Just break the cycle
Finally finding out, what I'm thinking
Ultimately realizing, what I'm believing
