Some of the times I wonder if the things I hear are really true
Occasionally doubting the authenticity of information I come across

I like things to add up, like 1 and 1 is 2
Preferring logical and straightforward explanations, such as the simple addition of numbers

Unless of course we're talking about zeros, then it isn't
Except when dealing with zeros, as their addition does not result in a non-zero value

Here I go again I'm over, I'm over thinking it
Finding myself once more engaging in excessive and unnecessary overthinking

I overheard the villagers and the topic of their whispers
Listening in on the conversations and gossip of the townspeople

Could I really be the one the ancients sages all referred to
Contemplating the possibility of being the person mentioned in the wisdom of ancient scholars

Cuz the shoes are kind of huge to fill
Recognizing the enormity of the task at hand, feeling the pressure to live up to high expectations

The struggles real inside of me
Acknowledging the existence of internal conflicts and difficulties

There's a battle in my brain between
Experiencing an internal conflict, a clash of thoughts and emotions

The hero and the fearful me
The contrasting aspects of my personality, one brave and courageous, the other fearful and hesitant

Hear the boing boing
Perceiving the sound of bouncing or springing noises

What's going going on, hear the noises in the dark, question
Curiously wondering about the cause of the mysterious noises heard in the dark

Could I be the one, one
Contemplating the possibility of being chosen or destined for a special role

Foretold, that'll be the innocent citizens guard
Prophecy has foretold that I will protect and defend the innocent citizens

Under this canopy, of bubble gum trees
In the area covered by these playful and colorful bubble gum trees

Defusing anything dangerous
Neutralizing or rendering harmless any potential threats or dangers

I was bewildered in a marsh of mediocrity
Feeling confused and lost in a stagnant and ordinary environment

The shrieking doubts, darting about, the lies, flying, dive bombing
Experiencing intense doubts and falsehoods that bombard and attack relentlessly

"Can't do this, You can't do that, can't tie your shoes, You can't do jack
Hearing negative and discouraging voices saying I am incapable of basic actions and achievements

Let it alone, you're not the one, your too young," that kind of stuff
Encountering dismissive remarks, being told that I am not suited for the task due to my age or lack of experience

I used to wonder, sit and ponder but those days are past
In the past, I would often spend time contemplating and reflecting, but now I have moved on

I ceased to bow to fear and all that goes along with that
I have made the decision to no longer let fear control me or dictate my actions

No longer will I linger here procrastinating passively
I will no longer waste time remaining in a state of passive procrastination

I've embraced the torch passed to me
Taking hold of the responsibility and mission that has been entrusted to me

Owned up what I've been called to be
Acknowledging and accepting my calling, taking full ownership of it

Full tilt, hello destiny
Moving forward with complete determination and readiness to fulfill my destiny

And when the Jungle fires came
In the face of great challenges and trials

Even Smokey didn't care about nothing but running
Even the legendary Smokey, known for preventing forest fires, was solely focused on escaping

Yet who remained with their nerves of steel
However, there were individuals who stayed calm and resolute despite the danger

Who extinguished all the flames
Those brave enough to put out the fires and bring them under control

And went on to save the world as we know it
These heroes not only stopped the immediate threat but also preserved the world as we know it
