Su primer disco ,"En el mar de los sueños", está listo para publicarse, bajo el sello de Muxik, y la fecha de salida prevista es el 29 de enero. Mientras tanto, acaban de publicar su web [www.memoriadepez.es] donde han colgado como adelanto su primer single, "Delante del espejo".
Pronto también estará disponible el videoclip que han grabado sobre el tema "Mil lugares".

MEMORIA DE PEZ

Jon Calvo ya no es un nombre desconocido; durante el 2007 ha demostrado, junto a Inconscientes, que es más que un chaval que empieza. Hay mucho arte y talento en su guitarra y en su voz, y ha llegado para quedarse. El grupo que fundó junto a Aitor Lacalle "Laka" - Memoria de pez - hace unos años tiene ya su disco debut, "En el mar de los sueños", que ahora os presentamos desde el sello Muxik.

De la cabeza de Laka surgen melodías enormes, pegadizas, originales y que, sin embargo, son tan acertadas que nos parece conocerlas de toda la vida a la segunda escucha. De la de Calvo, composiciones desgarradas, siempre con las emociones a flor de piel. Ellos son los compositores de este grupo, que para grabar el disco contaron con Miguel Rivera y Cantera (compañero de Calvo en Inconscientes), y en el directo van a estar acompañados de Iban Uberuaga al bajo y Asier Aldekogaray "Sitxu" a la batería.

No es un tópico en este caso: música fresca, joven, pegadiza, bailable, agradable de escuchar y capaz de alegrarte por la mañana o animarte por la noche. Pop-rock de mucha calidad.

Overall Meaning
