No Controller, bestimme mich selbst
Lass' alles so steh'n (ja-ja-ja)
No Controller, bestimme mich selbst
E-E.M. Beats ist der Shit, ah
In the song "Rollercoaster" by Mero, the lyrics convey a sense of triumph and personal growth. The artist reflects on his journey to success and how he now feels like he's flying around the world, akin to being on a rollercoaster. He emphasizes his autonomy and determination, stating that he has no controller and determines his own path. Although he has faced many challenges along the way and has been on the verge of giving up, he has fought through and even resorted to illegal activities, such as stealing money.
The rapper then addresses his brother, highlighting the significant amount of money he possesses. He mentions how he has spent a large sum of money on his Prada outfit and boasts about discussing thousands of euros while others still hope he's broke. He acknowledges and appreciates the blessings in his life, attributing his ability to live this way to his fans. He expresses his hope that his incarcerated friends will soon be released and mentions his own fame, noting that even in Istanbul, he can walk around like a star. He reminisces about his humble beginnings, when he was a nobody and rapping in cold days, hanging out with his friends on blue benches. He also mentions a shared happiness in buying a bottle of iced tea with his friends, indicating their contentment despite not having any luxuries.
The artist concludes the song by once again pondering what his life would be like if he hadn't acquired such wealth. He suggests that there is a reverse side to his success, possibly referring to the challenges and sacrifices he has faced along the way.
