@Jaakylma since you want to talk about other trainees deserving that spot more, I am going to tell you this, there were other trainees that were better rappers than hikaru and Dayeon, other trainees that were better dancers than hikaru, Dayeon, xiaoting, and Youngeun, better vocalists than chaehyun, Youngeun and Mashiro, and just better overall but did they make it No, girly stop only coming for Hiyyih saying other people deserved that spot more because other people deserved the spot more than this whole group.1) I love chaehyun but she only made it because she was friends with aespa, her voice would constantly crack when hitting high notes, and dancing was pretty weak.2) xiaoting only made it because she was pretty, sure xiaoting is really good at dancing but that’s it, her vocals are pretty weak and her rap aswell, if she wasn’t pretty no one would have even dared to vote for her. 3) Yujin only made it cuz she was in clc, her dancing is pretty mid, her vocals are also pretty mid. And her hitting that high note in shoot doesn’t mean she is really good at singing cuz that highnote was strained af.4) Mashiro also only made it because she was friends with Itzy and because she trained with them and straykids ( 2 of the most popular 4th gen groups). 5) I don’t know about yeseo but most of the people that voted for her recognized her from busters, her vocals are pretty weak the only thing that was really going for her was her stage presence and dance. 6) Dayeon is literally related to the founders of mnet, sure she is really good at dancing and rap but she had soo much screen time and also had a whole episode related to her and her family. And I do agree to an extent that other people deserve that spot more than Hiyyih but these mnet survival shows are only there to pick the most popular out of the few so that the group can be successful. If they chose ppl who truly deserved that spot then no one in this original kep1er would even be in it, and the group would be a flop.

I think people don't realize that gaining fans and keeping them are very different. I did gain interest in Kep1er because I'm MOA and was curious about Kai's sister. However, I stayed because I liked their songs because I liked HER (from the little we've seen). I generally keep more distance when it comes to temporary groups but I will support them.

I watched her first fancam to investigate and she’s stable vocally and dance wise, supportive to all contestants and so stunning visually! Let me tell you the hate was so big that me, regular user of twitter who was just slighty into kpop, heard about her and saw some of those mean comments. I wasn’t really into kpop like i’m now but we all can see that the show producers made it worse. Okay you wanted attention and clout but talking about her already famous brother was really not necessary. And she won. It may seem like she won because of being from a family with 2 kpop idols. Regarding the judges "not praising" Hiyih, it's sad that she's not the only one to receive such treatment. Much like her, there's a ton of trainees who did really well be it in dance or vocals yet not much attention was given by the judges... or at least that's how it seem. I want to believe that the judges DID praise her (as I'm pretty sure that they are evaluated as a whole and are then given individual feedback) but MNet CHOSE NOT TO SHOW ANY OF THAT. It's upsetting watching GP999 and even during the recently concluded Queendom 2 and seeing MNet continuously trying to erase her presence. Isn't it weird that some girls were praised by the judges for the sake of positive reinforcement only and this was aired, yet Hiyih who did fairly well did not get any feedback (aired)? I really hope the "behind the scenes" praises she got helped her out a lot. She does not deserve any of the hate she's getting.

I remember an article saying Tiffany was not very happy how most of her evaluations were edited off in the actual episodes and most evaluations focused on Sunmi's. Let's face it, no matter how famous Mnet is for evil editing things into drama,, there will always be idiots who don't understand how MNet and the entertainment system works. And there's a bunch of NEETs who have all the time in the world to make multiple accounts just to discredit Bahiyyih and put redundant hate comments. She was #1 in several countries. okay, if i'm being honest, at first i was one of those people who thought bahiyyih was really just getting carried by her brother's fame. and holy crap, i was so, so wrong.
there probably were some voters just voting her because of her brother, but as i watched the show more, i started to realize how unique she was. nobody can deny that she has such an interesting, unique visual. i researched a little further and began to seriously appreciate her talent, especially after learning that she had no formal training before joining the show. she really is a hard worker and gives it her all. her dancing and singing skills have improved so much since the start of the show, and i'm proud of her!
but the mistreatment she gets is not even understandable. i remember watching a video sometime back of her fancam for a performance (it might've been queendom 2 or something, i'm more of a casual listener to kep1er and only know the members because i watched the show, i'm not a stan). for over half of the performance she was literally just STANDING THERE. and you could totally see how uncomfortable she was. it doesn't matter how much hate she gets. she is a part of the group. and as a part of the group, she deserves to be treated as part of the group, especially because she's so unproblematic and cooperative, she has no scandals. even with the hate she gets she keeps smiling and gets through. she needs more lines, screen time, and recognition. i hope she knows that despite the hate, there are many people standing with her and supporting her! i hope this comeback gives her the recognition she deserves.

There are siblings in kpop yet she gets hate for “trying to have an advantage”, when there were participants with previous fanbases, well known and years as trainees. She’s the youngest sibling to have idol experience, music is well integrated in her family. Also no surprise that as a girl it’s double the hate. And rarely gets line, screen time, center roles, it’s just sad. @Sen's Orbit Account but she wasn't the only independent trainee on the show.. that wasn't even that big of a deal for most ppl, and for portraying her as piggybacking on kai that was mnet's fault for putting the light on her just to talk about her brother and then toss her aside the rest of the time, trying to hide her. They didn't evil edit her like they did with other trainees but it was so obvious that they didn't want her on the show or in the final team and the reason wasn't even her talent or potential as an idol..

@yoa 🎀 ... because they are known to be professionally training/working since the start of GP999, hence people assuming whatever those members are showing is a reflection of their previous professional periods. Bahiyyih, on the other hand, was known as an independent trainee at the start (and was revealed as an IST trainee almost near the end) of the show. People wouldn't associate her skills from being professionally trained, and instead, the news of her being Kai's sister was getting bigger at that time, which resulted in people sending hate on her for piggybacking on her brother's fame.

She was vocal 3 and then first performance she had the same vocal part as Mashiro so she Atleast had as much talent as that part which was quite hard and important. Then when the girls were able to pick for the final song she was in the top 5 despite there being fu yanning, yujin and mashiro. Anytime where the group of girls picked vocals she was regarded well and placed higher. There were no vocal parts in ice cream, only dance and the final song that was slow was decided by MNET production so they don’t count.

She's my bias. She is so talented. She has worked so hard & she DID deserve the votes! It doesn't make sense why they say she didn't be part of the show - if she didn't deserve to be part of the show -> then neither did girls like Yujin, who had already been in other groups, or girls who had an advantage from being known from other shows. She literally trained herself & got up to & above the level of many of tge other girls. That deserves praise. Her fancams are ALWAYS the most watched. Haters only focused on the fact that she's Huening Kai's sister but they didn't get the chance to look at how talented Hiyyih is on her own. Bahiyyih is my bias in Kep1er even though I started watching Girls Planet 999 for Yujin as a CLC stan. She works so hard and is so talented and has gotten to where she is because of her genuine passion for music. You should also add that she has continuously been getting d and r threats and has an entire group page focused on hating her and making fun of her looks. One of the group rules is not to talk about how any of the hate would affect her mental health. The company and fans see all of this and dont do anything about it. In regards to gp999, we have NO idea what the actual comments for the constants are the judges remarks were super edited. It was even addressed during and after the show. Always my one pick during gp999. I knew about her from her predebut content/video with Lea. I have loved txt since debut, but I’ve never supported kai or soobin as my bias as much as I have for Hiyyih. I just feel like I have to root for her. I loved somi as well since ioi and she has my favorite solo songs. I see potential in Bahiyyih….she will do great as a solo artist or in another group after Kepler. Kepler’s songs aren’t my taste and their concept feels all over the place. I need her to get more lines so she doesn’t lose confidence in her abilities. Honestly, I think she got scouted because of her talent but I definitely know that being kia’s sister played a role in it. Yes, being his sister is sort of a blessing in a way and it also benefits her team tremendously (more recognition, more support)

They thought that she got in a good school just because of her father, when she's always worked very hard. Honestly it was always up to the producers regarding line distribution. I mean you can clearly see it in past Mnet Survival Groups. Ranking does not mean you get more lines or screen time. Bahiyyih is being treated extremely unfair as compared to the the other members. I too, thought that they didn't want to show favoritism towards her because of her siblings but this goes far beyond that! Bahiyyih has every right to be treated equally as the other members of Kepler. I pray she stays strong and not let it depress her. Keep your head up Bahiyyih and keep smiling!♥️

Uh what's wrong with these haters. We've seen many siblings in kpop who auditioned and became idols at the same time but they never got so much hate as hiyyih got. And the fact that Hiyyih is still so strong despite getting all those hate comments shows that she has the mentality of a true idol.

Nothing's going to change the fact that she's in the group now . She'll continue her journey with kep1er for the rest of the contract. She's a part of the group now and just like others she deserves the fair line distribution and screentime. When the survival show ends then people say that we should forget the rankings of the members and should support them as a team ( not ranking based ), then why do people don't forget the survival show ?

Ok I get it. I watched the whole gp999 and not all my picks made it to the round and for some of them I was angry and heartbroken too. But now I support kep1er as a team. Even the new kep1ians who'll join kep1er with the journey will see post gp999 kep1er which is a team made AFTER the survival show. So I don't get it why people keep saying the same stuff to justify the hate Bahiyyih gets.

And it's not like Bahiyyih has not improved at all. I watched gp999 closely and from episode 1 till now she has improved a lot. She may not be the best in the team but it makes my heart feel good seeing the immense improvement she did even while getting so much backlash because If I would have been in her place then I'd be so much affected mentally

Not all hate her anymore cause she isn't treated like dayeon or chaehyun means a lot of time n center so her antis don't target her anymore but now its rather her fans who always say bad about other members just cause wakeone gives them more lines, even bahiyyih's so called solo fans didn't vote in queendom 2 for kep1er cause kep1er as a team doesn't matter to them, if bahiyyih can hv solo stans who don't care about any other member then y would other members stan would like her,

Sadly it's not just antis who hate her but most fans in the fandom as well constantly downplay her visuals and talent all because she's a Huening and she's basically a punching bag for keplians whenever they feel like it. it's so bad that her stans even have a countdown until the group can disband 💀

@MsLisaLipgloss I'm a keplian myself who's active on Twitter and I can tell you there's some argument every other second day ,there's a crazy amount of solo stanning in there, ot8 fans , fans who support hiyyih and no one else and some of hyuba's stans are also ot8 and seem to think Dayeon is the plain evil and to blame for hyuba's mistreatment, so maybe it's just because Twitter is a genuinely toxic app but I've seen a lot of negativity there🧍‍♀️

@Avs i understand where you are coming from but if we were to be honest chaehyun as the mainvocal deserves her lines because even technical wise she the best in the group, but Youngeun and Hiyyih have the same tier, with Mashiro close behind them, so vocally she should be getting more lines. its probably just the company which wanted to appeal to their korean fanbase more as Yeseo , Dayeon and Chaehyun are more known there.

Thank you! People always skip over the fact that it’s other members solo stans who are one of the ones who hate on her the most.
There’s entire OT8 threads all on Twitter, Reddit, etc. where people join just to bash her or photoshop her in ugly and mean ways, and talk crap about her and spread malicious rumors.
As a kpop stan since Shinee and SNSD, I’ve almost never seen anything like this and I’m just utterly confused why people hate her so much for no reason.

Bahiyyih is by far one of the most strongest idols out there for having to go through and endure so much hate from both the company and Fandom. I can only imagine how much hate and pain she goes through and I wish the best for her. I'm hoping and praying that she will receive more lines or screen time <33

they be hating a minor for all the baseless reasons they can think of. she did nothing wrong in the first place for them to say harsh words on her. some may use the phrase 'criticism is sometimes good' as an excuse to insult her or call her talentless. girl, if you want to criticize someone word it correctly.

I love Bahiyyih and no I am not a txt fan. She is so pretty and charming so I wish I could get to know her artistic sides more. I watched queendom and even as a fan of another one of the competitors I was always angry with how little screen time and lines she got. She
sometimes feel like a dancer and it breaks my heart. Cause every other member got so much screen time during the whole show that I have memorised their faces, had I not known Bahiyyih before I don't think i would have remembered her

Watching this makes me so sad as her situation reminds me of Sakura's. She too was ranked second and the amount of lines she got ? 7 seconds in Iz*one's panorama. She too was treated horribly by the judges and by the disgusting mnet. Why ? Solely because she was Japanese. I really hope Bahiyyih's condition in the group gets better. She deserves much better.
