Their most known song is "Eres Tu", which became second at the Eurovision Song Contest in 1973 (Luxembourg). Final Position: 2 - Total Points: 125. Eres Tu was accused of plagiarism. It was suggested by critics that the song was merely a copy of the Yugoslav entry of 1966, Brez Besed performed by Berta Ambroz. The Spanish entry was not sanctioned though and became a huge hit internationally - it even outsold the winner Tu Te Reconnaitras by Anne-Marie David.
Pange Lingua

Sanguinisque pretiosi quem in mundi pretium
Fructus ventris generosi rex effudit gentium
Nobis datus nobis natus ex intacta virgine
Et in mundo conversatus sparso verbi semine
Sui moras incolatus miro clausit ordine
Observata lege plene cibis in legalibus
Cibum turbae duodenae se dat suis manibus
Genitori genitoque laus et jubilatio
Salus honor virtus quoque sit et benedictio
Pange lingua gloriosi corporis mysterium
The song "Pange Lingua" by Mocedades is a Latin hymn that praises the body and blood of Jesus Christ. The first line, "Pange Lingua gloriosi corporis mysterium," translates to "Sing, my tongue, the Savior's glory of His flesh and blood the mystery." The following lines, "Sanguinisque pretiosi quem in mundi pretium, Fructus ventris generosi rex effudit gentium," describe how Jesus shed his blood as a precious sacrifice for the price of the world and his generous womb bore the King of the Gentiles.
The hymn then tells the story of the birth and life of Jesus, mentioning his virgin birth and his spreading of the word through his time on Earth. The line "Sui moras incolatus miro clausit ordine" refers to his death and how it closed a miraculous chapter. The song ends with a reference to Jesus' last supper with his disciples, where he abided by the laws and gave his body to the twelve.
Overall, the hymn is a celebration of Jesus' life, death, and sacrifice, as well as a call for praise and honor to be given to the Son of God. It presents a powerful message of faith through its lyrical content and is a timeless classic in the musical world of religious hymns.

Canta, oh lengua,
el misterio del glorioso cuerpo
y de la Sangre preciosa
que el Rey de las naciones
Fruto de un vientre generoso
derramó en rescate del mundo.
Nos fue dado, nos nació
de una Virgen sin mancha;
sean dadas alabanza y gloria,
Fortaleza, honor,
