They were producing dance-oriented electronic songs with use of samples, ahead of the techno movement, and flirted with success along the edges of the synthpop and new wave scenes. Two of their popular songs are "Tekno Talk" and "Generator 7/8".

Moskwa Tv was Talla 2XLC (Keyboards), Ion Javelin (Vocals), Axel Henninger (Keyboards/Programming). They released three studio albums: 'Dynamics & Discipline','Blue Planet', & 'Javelin'. Although not breaking into the mainstream, their tracks have had a cult following. Talla 2XLC is today a popular trance artist known across Europe. Javelin is still active and releases music under the Javelin name.
