We about to bring it back y'all we About to bring it back
We about to Bring it back y'all so just chill chill and relax
We about to bring it back Y'all we about to bring it back
We About to bring it back y'all so just Chill chill and relax
First off it's Mr.D3stiny question me Not destined to be on
Top blessing Hip hop never confessing what I'm not release the
Tension when I mention I rock on so many levels faced off with
Many devils made me a rebel had to take out several from my circle
Cause I will never settle for mediocre I want stocks like power
Brokers deleting jokers full deck in My hand like I'm playing poker
I never provoke the smoke but I will bring the smoker deleting fake
Mc's with one pen stroker ah It's like a kung fu flick with a kick to your
Throat call that a footnote in my lyrical thesis I wrote like a book bruh
Been overlooked so never Shook though so you should know I never took
No for an answer yo go ahead and let the hook go, let the hook go
We about to bring it back y'all we About to bring it back
We about to Bring it back y'all so just chill chill and relax
We about to bring it back Y'all we about to bring it back
We About to bring it back y'all so just Chill chill and relax
Let's take this back before rap was an Act hyperbole and metaphors was
Used to bring the facts now we focus on stacks demoralizing our women
And queens just so we can make them racks ah when everyone is doing it it's
Time to bring the balance on back positivity will challenge that I'm on a whole
Different wave length you couldn't measure me my whole click stays lit we seeking
Treasures B, I found a lot walking pavements we free agents no Mental enslavement
To a system that will make you Famous but leave you vacant have you making payments
Sell your soul to Satan I'm blatant when I speak The truth awaken everybody seeking
Our view But only a few will see What we do but that's ok man cause we ain't through
We about to bring it back y'all we About to bring it back
We about to Bring it back y'all so just chill chill and relax

We about to bring it back Y'all we about to bring it back
We About to bring it back y'all so just Chill chill and relax

Overall Meaning

In "Bring It On," Mr. Mayberry reflects on the state of hip-hop, how it has evolved over the years, and the problems that come with commercialization. He articulates his intention to bring back the essence of hip-hop, with its roots in truth and positivity. He starts by stating that he is no longer bound by society's expectations of where he should rank in the music industry, and how he has faced numerous obstacles and difficult people in his journey to success. He maintains that he will never settle for mediocrity and will fight for the top, just like how he fought against every fake person around him. As he goes on, he sheds light on the current trend of misogynistic lyrics among rappers and how the industry has become increasingly profit-oriented, to the detriment of the art.
