1) yes it does, the nervousness or anxiety or anything like that will be replaced by a good confident personality
2) if you stay consistent with the listening, the results will be constant, however i can't say if you stop listening then it would stop giving results, but you can get more benefits with regular/consistent listening
3) yes it does, that is the whole idea behind it, however with working out, it will be way more faster!
4) i don't give a general time frame, i suggest detaching from the end results or checking them again and again or being impatient about them. as this delays the results. what i say is, simply, listen to my tracks for a few sessions and you will start to notice results, then you get the idea by yourself that how long it will take to reach desired results! :)

I have shared lil story of mine, here again briefly.
I was into music & then got into spirituality that lead to exploring mind sciences in very young age.
