1) Nelson is a melodic glam metal / AOR band founded by Matthew and Gunnar Nelson (the twin sons of Ricky Nelson.) They had a No. 1 hit in the United States with "(Can't Live Without Your) Love and Affection" during the week of September 29, 1990. They are listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the only family to reach number one record status in three successive generations (beginning with grandparents Ozzie and Harriet Nelson).

I love it. I've been missing the old Nelson sound so much. It's wonderful to hear it again. This is the sound that made me fall in love with this group. I'm sad to know this is the last Nelson album though. We could use the Nelson sound these days. I wish Matt and Gun all the best always. Been loving you guys for a long time now and always will.

@Maria Day This isn't their last album. Only their last album as Nelson. They will be going forward, after this one and releasing more albums, but under their given names. Matthew & Gunnar Nelson (or something like that). Just a new directions for them. Have you heard of the last album they did, Lightning Strikes Twice? It has a song on it, "You're All I Need Tonight", that was actually written for After the Rain, but didn't make the cut. LST was meant to be the "sequel", if you will, to ATR. It is a great album!! I've played the two back to back, ATR then LST and they run together perfectly! You'd never know they were written/recorded 20 years apart!
