I must be the only one who really 'gets' Sumerian Records, because if you listen without labeling the band and just listen to the music you'll see these guys are actually pretty awesome! Sumerian signs bands, more often than not, that have a sound unlike any other artist. Every Sumerian band has their own very distinct style that makes it impossible to mistake them for some other artist and I believe this band follows that trend perfectly.

well of course they draw influence from all over the place. But i do believe the sound itself is all it's own. A Night Riots song would not be mistaken for a Young the Giant song

I'm a huge metal fan and absolutely love sumerian records! This band is badass they have great lyrics and a cure/Depeche mode sound! it's OK to be dedicated to just metal or just rap or whatever but I prefer to remain open minded! as a guitarist myself I thoroughly enjoy good black metal and death metal but I also appreciate other types of music as well otherwise I would find myself to be a very boring person. Good job sumerian. Ps my buddy Daniel does all the album art for sumerian and he recommended these guys to me! thanks daniel!
