2) No Connection are a British hard rock band formed in May 1997 in Reading, Berkshire by Graham Young (lead vocals, guitar), Simon Whenlock (bass, backing vocals), and Jon Hill (drums, backing vocals). The group claims as their inspirations the likes of Aerosmith, AC/DC, Deep Purple, George Michael, Public Enemy, Queen, The Cult, Van Halen, and U2.
No Connection released their first album, titled Never Say It's Over, in 1999. The album included six songs, including "Victory Girl", which was featured in the teaser of an episode of First Wave titled "Ohio Players". They followed in January 2000 with the release of Justified, a ten-track album that added four previously unreleased songs to the six from Never Say It's Over. Two of the songs—"Ain't Foolin'" (initially released on Never Say It's Over) and "Love for Free"—reached #1 on MP3.com's Classic Rock chart.
The band released Deal With It, co-produced with John Mitchell, in 2001 through their indie record label No Connection Music. In October 2002, the group toured the United States, performing in Philadelphia, New Jersey, and New York (including at the CBGB club). They also subsequently performed in the Czech Republic and Poland in 2005, and in Lithuania in 2006.
In 2004, No Connection released Love To Hate To Love, followed in 2005 by Feed The Machine and in 2008 by Red Light Fever.
No Connection's music has been featured in two games of the FlatOut video game series: three songs—"Burnin'", "Living American", and "Love to Hate to Love"—were included in the original game (see FlatOut (video game)) and two songs—"The Last Revolution" and "Feed the Machine"—were present in FlatOut: Ultimate Carnage.

But it don't feel the same
And life is so much easier
Now I don't share the blame
I'm falling for temptation
I knew that I would
Another shot of the pain
'Cause it hurts so good
I love to hate and hate to love
I'd give it up but nothing's good enough
So bring it on give me more of that stuff
I love to hate
Love to hate to love
Don't want to mix it up
'Cause it feels kinda strange
And the big man said
I can't afford to change
Don't tell me to compromise
I don't see why I should
I wouldn't apologise
Even if I could
I love to hate and hate to love
I'd give it up but nothing's good enough
So bring it on give me more of that stuff
I love to hate
Love to hate to love
Just two weeks of this peace
And I'm feeling the strain
Rerun the same mistakes
Watch again and again
If you think I can change
I think you misunderstood
I could never subscribe
To your cheep brotherhood
I love to hate and hate to love
I'd give it up but nothing's good enough
So bring it on give me more of that stuff
I love to hate
Love to hate to love
The lyrics to No Connection's song Love To Hate To Love describe a conflicted feeling within a relationship. The singer describes enjoying the physical aspect of their partner with satisfaction in the taste of their kiss. However, there is something that doesn't feel the same or true, leaving the singer feeling lost and like they are not taking responsibility in the relationship. While they are aware that they are falling for temptation, they continue to indulge in the pain and make bad choices that they know will ultimately hurt them.
The chorus of this song explores the singer's relationship with love as a whole, stating that they love to hate and hate to love. They acknowledge the possibility of giving it up, but nothing ever seems good enough for them. They are always seeking more of the "stuff" that they simultaneously love and hate. The final verse describes the aftermath of some time apart, leaving the singer feeling bored and doomed to repeat their mistakes. Lastly, they reject the idea of change, refusing to apologize or subscribe to anyone else's way of living their life.
The song seems to be about the internal struggle we all face at some point in relationships, where we know we should make better choices but somehow keep repeating the same patterns. The lyrics express this conflict in a catchy way that feels both relatable and introspective.

The only thing I didn't like about it was the fact that you couldn't automatically change the song, whenever you wanted to. You had to restart the entire race, until you found a song you liked. Other than that, an awesome racing game.
