Running Up That Hill
No Resolve Lyrics

Let's go

Go

It doesn't hurt me (yeah, yeah, oh)
Do you wanna feel how it feels? (Yeah, yeah, oh)
Do you wanna know, know that it doesn't hurt me? (Yeah, yeah, oh)
Do you wanna hear about the deal that I'm makin'?

You
It's you and me (you and me)

And if I only could
I'd make a deal with God
And I'd get him to swap our places
Be running up that road
Be running up that hill
Be running up that building
Say, if I only could, oh

You don't wanna hurt me (yeah, yeah, oh)
But see how deep the bullet lies (yeah, yeah, oh)
Unaware, I'm tearing you asunder (yeah, yeah, oh)
Oh, there is thunder in our hearts (yeah, yeah, oh)
Is there so much hate for the ones we love? (Yeah, yeah, oh)
Tell me, we both matter, don't we?

You
It's you and me
Won't be unhappy

And if I only could
I'd make a deal with God
And I'd get him to swap our places
Be running up that road
Be running up that hill
Be running up that building

Come on, baby
Come on, darling
Let me steal this moment from you now
Come on, angel
Come on, come on, darling
Let's exchange the experience

And if I only could
I'd make a deal with God
And I'd get him to swap our places
Be running up that road
Be running up that hill
With no problems

Say, if I only could
I'd make a deal with God
And I'd get him to swap our places
Be running up that road
Be running up that hill
With no problems

Say, if I only could
I'd make a deal with God
And I'd get him to swap our places
Be running up that road

Be running up that hill
With no problems

#NoResolve ... I honestly hadn't heard this song till you guys did the cover. No disrespect to Kate but I finally looked it up and well I myself hated her version but you guys rock it so amazing! Can't wait till next Thursday to see you all in Charlotte NC. I just hope you all can crank it up a bit more. I've seen 2 previous bands perform @The Fillmore and The Underground so they couldn't play very loud because they're literally next to each other. But I'll leave happy just knowing I got to see you all perform and meet you all! 🥰🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 for safe travels!

@MsChick-hn1qo

If Kate's version is Max Mayfield's song, this is going to be Eddie Munson's (other) song. 🖤🖤🖤

@narutosraman

Bold of you to assume she wouldn’t like a rock version of her favorite song

@MsChick-hn1qo

@@narutosraman I would believe so, but Eddie's my favorite. 🤭
