1) Mixing four-chord Ramones-inspired rock anthems with an unadulterated pornography fixation, the Nobodys have sprung forth from the fertile grounds of Colorado Springs to become the reigning Ron Jeremys of the punk rock world!
It all began with their 1996 debut album on Hopeless, "Short Songs for Short Attention Spans." Produced by Joe Queer of The Queers, the record, full of two- minute gems, had fans getting it up from coast to coast as the band brought their live show across the country and around the world, touring the US, Europe and Canada several times over. Of course, this only made fans wet for more, so the Nobodys came again with their 1997 tour de force, "Smell of Victory" (produced by Warren Fitzgerald of The Vandals).
Tours with The Queers, Chixdiggit and Guttermouth won over even more converts. By now, collectors were going crazy trying to snatch up all the Nobodys material they could, so the band made it easy by compiling their numerous 7", compilation and demo songs onto one CD, appropriately titled "Greatasstits." (The cover, a close up on the enormous chest of renowned porn star Taylor Wayne, is as unforgettable as the music.) Soon to follow was the inevitable Generation XXX, produced by Donnell Cameron (Bad Religion, Rocket from the Crypt, NOFX) with twenty-five tracks of, what some would call ...sloppy, loud, perverted, snotty, annoying and not to mention overbearing punk rock from Colorado springs... Yeah, that's about right.
2) The Nobodys are a band that had their single "No Guarantees" appear on the TV series Miami Vice.
3) Nobody was a garage rock band from Seattle, WA during the 90's and featured pro skateboarder Scott Smiley on drums.

Well I guess you might just be right
But if you ain't got nothing to do
Will you go out with me tonight?
I will take you out to a movie
We could go to Burger King
I will buy myself a waffle
We could sit out in the parking lot
We could listen to the radio
We could sit and stare into the stars all night
Just looking for a UFO
Let's go!
Well I guess you think I'm stupid
Well I guess you might just be right
But if you ain't got nothing to do
Will you go out with me tonight?
Will you go out with me tonight?
Will you go out with me tonight?
The lyrics of Nobody's song "Tonight" convey a sense of simple and innocent romance. The singer acknowledges that the object of their affections may view them as stupid, but regardless, they ask if that person would like to go out with them that night. The lyrics suggest that the singer is not concerned with lavish or elaborate plans, as they suggest going to a movie or a fast food restaurant. The gesture of buying the other person anything they desire shows a willingness to please and impress them, regardless of cost. Additionally, the line "We could sit and stare into the stars all night, just looking for a UFO" showcases the singer's youthful and carefree nature, as they suggest spending time together engaging in childlike imagination.
Overall, the lyrics of "Tonight" convey a sense of vulnerability and authenticity. The singer is not trying to impress with grand gestures or promises of everlasting love, but rather is simply asking for a chance to spend time with the other person. The lyrics suggest a simplicity and purity of desire, a refreshing change from the common norms of modern love songs.

Sittin' here
It's closing time
You've got your troubles and I bet they're just like mine
Somebody told you goodbye
But I know a way that can't go wrong
Nobody leads nobody on
And nobody's lonely tonight
What's love but just some illusion we believe
What's love but just some confusion we don't need
What's love but just some illusion we believe
What's love but just some confusion we don't need
You be her
And I'll be him
For a while we'll pretend
Nobody's lonely tonight

The Love of real music knows no color barriers, this man’s music helped me through some dark times in my life. I’m a 40 yo black male and fell in love with his crisp, rasp, folk tellin heartbeat of a voice IMMEDIATELY! I was a musician back in the day and not a day goes by that I don’t question me walking away. Thank you Mr. Chris Stapleton for all you do to maintain that “Truth” 💯🙏🏽☮️✌🏾
