Real
Noirre Lyrics

When you turn around darlin' all the things we are just go out as they go
And the memories never leave. You're underneath a shadow of a ghost
And now you fall asleep next to me, just sexin' me but you don't even know
So when the feel is real just commit and feel it all
Corus
I've reduced the sound that echo loud and pictures of our moments in my mind
And retrospective it's killing me. I'm searching for a door. I'm never fine
I realized my time is better spent looking at the part in my life
Well, it's hard to move past pity yeah
When I start I've got to grip, so fitting yeah
And now I want it real bad
But I got it when I got it
And now I'm on my own yeah
So commit commit
Corus
In Noirre's song "Real," the lyrics follow a narrator who is struggling with the idea of intimacy in a relationship. They express frustration over the fleeting nature of experiences and memories, and the feeling of being ghosted by a lover. Despite the physical intimacy they share, the singer feels disconnected from their partner emotionally. The chorus "Yeah it's real and when you get it, you got, you won't heal it yeah" emphasizes the authenticity of their feelings, but also the difficulty in overcoming them.
The second verse starts with the singer trying to push away memories of their past relationship, but ultimately realizing that they need to confront their feelings in order to move on. They express a desire for genuine connection and intimacy, but acknowledge the challenges in achieving it. The repetition of "commit" in the final line emphasizes the importance of being present and engaged in the moment, rather than simply going through the motions.
Overall, the lyrics of "Real" paint a picture of someone struggling to navigate the complexities of love and intimacy, while also seeking a deeper and more meaningful connection with their partner. The overarching theme is one of authenticity and the importance of being present and fully committed in relationships.
