I feel like they are missing the mark a bit.. as someone who has ADHD inattentive, it is not a lack of being able to pay attention to many things at once. It's not being able to focus on things that are not engaging/stimulating enough. This game looks very stimulating, like most video games, which people with ADHD usually can hyperfocus on easily due to the constant dopamine rewards that are programed into these games. Not to mention most video games have a lot going on and a lot to pay attention to at once. The only benefit I could see would be that perhaps it fills the need for dopamine so the kid is less likely to act out after. But that could be accomplished with anything the kid enjoys or any video game. Am I missing something??

Fighting games. Ones with lots of color and a huge learning curve. Dragon ball fighterz is a great pick. At low skill levels parents can participate and bond. At high levels losing concentration even for a fraction of a second spells defeat.
Coming from a 27 year old adhd "adult". Its a great tool for learning both patience (defense) and building a base for sustainable concentration. Also a fantastic outlet for energy.
When they lose they will learn ways to see mistakes, self reflect, adjust, and learn. And fighting games stress self improvement which someone with adhd ABSOLUTELY NEEDS!

Lol with sever adhd and attending 13 different schools with no diploma, I assure you this is the same as putting your child in a closet n forgetting about them ! I have 6th grade grammar and college level math I’ve owned few companies n it wasn’t from spending time on video games it was from direct contact with items ! I found atv mechanic n machines to help me ! I can’t make money playing games !

They shoved more crap into the sides and top, I think? Looks like it's trying to be as distracting as possible, but the kid wants to get the goals so they're motivated to focus on that and ignore the other things. I guess that helps their brain learn to do that a bit better in other scenarios as well.

Let me save you some time, this is just a generic game, don’t pay or get a prescription, it’s BS. Spend some time to pick out games for your son that are challenging. I would recommend monument valley as a start. Fornite is actually very challenging, probably better than this crappy endeavor game. It trains hand eye coordination, reflexes, strategy and teamwork. Unfortunately it will teach your kids some bad things as well given it’s multiplayer element. As parents we should be vigilant and call out bad behavior when we see it, and limit the time they are playing so they are exposed to a variety of different things.
