As the Hittite learnt, more like a dangerous predator than a model for our life. Violence is OK to protect your life or protect children but murder another man so you could take his wife that's not something to be encouraged.
Just think of the chaos if every-time a bloke fancied someone he arranged the murder of her current partner, flipping eck, Western Culture would come crashing down around us if we held up that bad behaviour.
