I was in standard 7 in 1976. I used to listen to it from radio Kigali Rwanda. Radio Kigali Rwanda reception was very good in western Kenya. was played mostly between 4 and 6 pm. V.o.k. I remember Salaam program fans such as Tom siruali, Agneta majinga, manywele was manywele, Requesting replay of the song many times daily.

EAB TV the man is called George Verkeys Kiamuangana Mateta wa Nzola Mbongo(son of Nzola Mbongo) the name is not Wazolambongo as many radio djs including Mambo Mbotela put it.
