Lords of Shadow 2 is such a crucially underrated game. The story, the atmosphere, the visuals, the music: Everything is great. In my opinion, even the modern-day setting was done well; it retains that ye olde gothic style that Castlevania is known for while being distinctly modern. Not to mention it is the only mainstream Castlevania game that ever had the balls to put you in the shoes of Dracula, which in and of itself makes it one of the most unique Castlevanias ever. I personally really enjoy Lords of Shadow 2 and don't understand why it's so hated. I guess it's a crime to break out of the norm sometimes.

Un hermoso tema el cual va de una manera excelente con el estupendo personaje que es Gabriel... o mejor dicho Dracula,.... "alguna vez fui grande...si, lo recuerdo, alguna vez fui poderoso y temido... pero estoy muy debil ahora..."... gran obra de arte Maestro Oscar, espero que salga a la venta una version del juego con el soundtrack para poder disfrutar de su trabajo aun despues de haberlo jugado... n_n

Un tema distante, misterioso y melancólico. Genial, en pocas palabras. La duda que me surge es si Oscar (cuya calidad como compositor no puedo poner en duda) hará o no una bso que recuerde, al menos lejanamente, a la de los Castlevania de toda la vida, o si va a apostar, como en el primer LOS, por música épica que lo mismo encaja con esta saga o con cualquier título de hack and slash.

Although it's different from all the past Castlevania music...I find that your music REALY fits the atmosphere of the latest series, because...I don't know, more gothic, western feel? And event some of them feel ery epic when used in the game...Like the battle against Agartha Titan!

while the story and the gameplay are sort of a mixed bag for me, the music, as well as the art direction are the stars of the lords of shadow series(other than robert carlyle's dracula obviously) in my opinion. The music always hits the perfect pitch to match the epic, yet grim/gothic visuals.
